Melbourne is struggling for on field leadership at the moment. Our leadership group is struggling for form. They are all battling.

Green- 225 Games

Davey- 144 Games

Rivers- 113 Games

Moloney- 113 Games

Grimes- 31 Games

Jones- 97 Games

I thought I was hard on Moloney- but he's had two week games now against good sides. Hawks and Eagles. They have established midfieldsd. I think he's 27. He should be offloaded at the end of the year while we can get something for him. Mckenzie and Scully are capable of taking over at the end of this season. his games against gold coast and lions don't count for much.

rivers and grimes are under the pump. we cannot seem to take the pressure off them.

jones battles.

green trys but we don't get it up to him enough.

Davey is being tagged out of the game to easy.

Bailey need to focus on lifting the form and confidence of the leadership group.

----Just realised beamer isn't in the leadership group anymore!

These guys will all have there hands out for pay rises soon with the tv rights deal. What a disgrace! They should donate it to the heart foundation from the lack of heart foundation.

Green is the wrong choice for captain. He has shown nothing this year to even hint at any other conclusion, not even against the suns and lions. I don't know who is right, but it ain't him. I didn't mind Jones last night, thought he was up there with the best of a terrible bunch. As for the rest of them, get stuffed. Such an insipid performance.
