Injuries have been bad all season, especially hurting the Bills pass game and defense. Kincaid is awesome, but injured all too often. Couldn't believe we had even more injuries during the game yesterday.

I think injuries seem up more this year than I remember.
I think the Bills will be an interesting watch over the off season, was Bosa a 1yr deal?

I know most will talk about that TD to send it into OT but I will say this game was won by our D, three picks, (could have been a few more) but the 4th down stops were massive, especially the one at the 2yrd line (would have been picked if Landman didnt colide with Speights).

But our D has been bad the last few weeks and another injury to the secondary today doesnt help but they stood up today.

I did actually picture you in my head celebrating when Curl picked it off and then again at the Parkinson and Nacua out route catches.

Ha ha, I didnt celebrate much after the Curl INT, I was too relived that I didnt have the strength to do much other than slide off the chair.

Heartbroken Bills fan here.

By far the better team, but self sabotaged ourselves which left room for the refs to decide the result. Deja-vu of MFC in '22 and 23'. 😢

They were my pick to win it this year, I felt it was lining up nicely. They have a decent line and defense, maybe just lacked a few key separators on offense.

Injuries suck.

I just assume that you watch and celebrate NFL like I do. Yelling at the TV, fist pumping the air, telling imaginary people to suck it etc.

Tbh I more yell and scream about bad play calls and bad throws.

The fist pump was out today a few times and if there is a player I dislike and I see them I might mumble something in their direction 😂

Looked like a nail biter in Chicago.

Only caught snippets here and there but tuned in just before Williams threw that interception. Big mistake. Should have kept it on the ground

He was risking the ball too much during the game, it was meant to happen.

At first I thought DJ Moore ran the wrong route.

After watching several replays it's very hard to put this on him. Williams had a very clean pocket with plenty of time, Moore was running a post with the safety coming over. He would have needed to be Usain Bolt, Speedy Gonzales and Superman to get to it.

So much momentum down the drain. And I go back to critiquing Caleb Willams as I see fit.

Yeah I constantly scream about bad play calls and poor execution.

One day someone will listen.

Zach Charbonnet is out for the seahawks with a knee injury, season is done for him.

Big loss, he was their leading TD scorer too.

Huge out. Great tandem with Walker this season.

Akers might get a look in?

I didnt realise Akers was at the Seahawks.... Spicy!

This might show some light on the bills....

Sean McDermott reportedly criticized the Buffalo Bills' roster building to general manager Brandon Beane and owner Terry Pegula five weeks before he was fired as head coach, according to WGRZ's Vic Carucci.

Carucci wrote Tuesday that the criticism took place during a meeting in which McDermott "pointed out what the roster lacked to win a Super Bowl."

"I don't know the specifics McDermott mentioned, but I'm told neither Beane nor Pegula was pleased with McDermott's assessment," Carucci wrote.

I didn't until about a week ago either! Could offer something.

Charbonnet isn't an easy void to fill at all and is such a crucial part of their scheme. Not only brilliant in the short yardage situations but he's a really good blocker in pass protection as well. His absence makes those 3rd down situations a bit trickier.

Walker III is obviously no slouch and more than capable of the extra carries but it will have a massive effect on how their offense looks schematically.

I did wonder how Walker was in pass protection, It will help that their 2 headed beast at the run becomes a single with next up.

Sometimes the games come to 5% difference either way and 5% worse run game and pass protection might be a big change on the day.

Salah is the new coach of the Titans.

Good on him.

Deserves another shot and sooner the better. We were lucky to have him this year.

Definitely, especially when something that has worked really well suddenly has to change.

One of those things that is more a playbook worry than a personnel one. Rams look to be getting healthy as well so I actually have them slight favourites in the week before stakes.

More injuries to the secondary last week will hurt, Will be interesting to see who is on the questionable list or if any go to IR.

Noticed Lake in the injury report. Thought he just came back from the elbow injury?

Good player. Helps to have a safety that plays the nickel well in that kind of defense so that doesn't help.

  • NON-MFC: 2026 Opening Round

Finally the 2026 AFL Premiership Season is upon us. While Melbourne sits out Opening Round, there is still plenty of footy to enjoy with five non-MFC clashes to kick off the new season. It all begins on Thursday night with a blockbuster at the SCG as Sydney hosts Carlton in what should be a strong early test for both sides. On Friday night, Gold Coast gets its chance to open the season in front of a home crowd when the Suns and Christian Petracca take on Geelong at People First Stadium. Saturday features a double-header, starting in the afternoon with Greater Western Sydney and Clayton Oliver meeting the Hawks at Engie Stadium. That is followed on Saturday night by Brisbane Lions hosting the Western Bulldogs at the Gabba, with the Lions embarking on their campaign to win the Threepeat. Opening Round wraps up on Sunday night at the MCG, where St Kilda takes on Collingwood in the only game in town in the first week of the season. There is no shortage of storylines across the round, so discuss all the action from the non-MFC games of Opening Round.

With just over two weeks until their opening match of the 2026 AFL Premiership season, the Demons are already well on the path to redemption and have the Saints firmly in their sights ahead of their mid-March clash at the MCG. What do you think the team will look like when they run out on to the G?
