Sylvia : The Footy Show

Thats 3 different threads you have bagged Sylvia. I don't want these guys to get over-exposed or ahead of themselves either but I doubt appearing on a TV show 2 days earlier would effect how he played. He didn't get enough of the ball & missed a set shot but took some good grabs and was serviceable.

I started reading this thread and thought that Joeboy's 3 word analysis had turned to crap, i then looked up and realized he didnt even start this rip off thread.

Lay off his turf!!

whats crap about it?

whats crap about it?

Nothing, but it's kind of joeboy's thing.

They usually generate a couple of pages of good discussion.

Can anyone explain to me why Grimes kicked sideways almost every time he had the ball? Even right at the end of the game, when North Melbourne had the game won he went sideways when he could of attacked and he sprayed the kick too.

yeah i noticed that for alot of players - could it have been the dreaded GAMEPLAN? The same one we used in the glory days of 2008/09??

Thanks Tess - if it happens again I'll sue ( removes tongue from cheek )

Rivers - not best 22

Can anyone explain to me why Grimes kicked sideways almost every time he had the ball? Even right at the end of the game, when North Melbourne had the game won he went sideways when he could of attacked and he sprayed the kick too.

Obvious instuction after 1/2 time was to spread the ball more, had to try something we were getting smashed up the middle, worked too

I disagree about Warnock. I thought he was poor.

Petterd: Always playing behind

Dunn: Too many errors

Warnock was good, Martin learn to mark

Sylvia - was quiet

McDonald - worked tirelessly

Scully - the kid can handball

MacDonald - was good with errors

3 words?

Quick fix:

Bruce- disappointing 2nd half

Sylvia- just not sharp

McDonald- safe and sure

Macdonald- too many mistakes

Jamar- big hearted improver

Scully- kid can play
