Great to have Chunk back in the fold — makes his critical views all the more relevant. Now he can become a part of the solution. Knowing some of his philosophy or at least what he says publicly, I think he has the potential to get our mid group back to being the force it should be. My hope is that he helps make things more offensive & gets our stoppage strategy right to capitalise on what we can do well — being explosive, moving the ball fwd & ensuring Max has 7-8 good tap plays rather than just the 2-3 he’s exhausted & that other clubs are shaking way to easily.

Armstrong is very different to Jefferson — he hits packs hard and crashes in with his body Jeffo is a Lead and mark type! Tauru more a defender.. Armstrong def has loads of upside but chance id Smith slips we get Smilie and Smith but I’d rkn it’s Armstrong and one of their two!

With Tommo delisted it means we may of changed our minds on the SSP or DELISTED FA path — depends on Hore Personally I’d of preferred we added one more mid for depth but still seems less likely

I think our best option is still Smilie at #5 and Tauru or Armstrong at 9 but Tauru seems likely gone by then which is incredible — If one of Smith or Langford is available at 9 I’d say take em.. exciting times

I know mate it’s sad but that’s a battle we can’t win and fighting our own feels the antithesis of what we’re trying to achieve, it’s a lost cause I’m afraid but media is largely to blame there too cus ppl just eat up their g garbage even though it’s proven wrong time after time and with a little research most of wha they report can be undermined in a heartbeat. Mcclure it is important to state, is a different level of beast, he just seems to flat-out lie at times if it means he can ignite something he is quoted by thousands on X etc Morris/Edmund whilst not innocent, tend to be more about hiding that the vast amt of their 'insider info' comes from ppl with ulterior motive and that by reporting everything, they are creating a false economy that winds-up being largely good at nothing other than fraying their relationships with clubs, but they do not care cus they feel so powerful that clubs have to talk to them and crucially, they KNOW that the same club will want to use Them at some point to help THEM put a narrative out that supports something their trying to do -- but why MFC are currently the target for me is because we currently have assets and again, most importantly as Sam Mcclure said himself, read below quote form just a month ago..
