  1. Are Chandler and Kosi not the 2 crumbers? I think by the time our game comes around we will be locked into fourth place, we should still play to win but with the fwd line we intend to use come week 1 of the finals.
  2. Our fwd 50 entries are better.
  3. Welcome to the MFC pick 2.
  4. Don’t be surprised, this is how they beat the Pies. Chip it around, maintain possession and don’t bomb it inside fwd 50.
  5. We need to start playing with a finals line intensity now.
  6. Eagles to beat the dogs, North get pick 1.
  7. Dees still waiting for an invitation.
  8. Now that we’ve seemingly settled on our line up with the exception of Fritsch. We simply have to activate beast mode over these next two weeks heading into finals.
  9. I’ve read that too but winning from 1 from your last 5 isn’t a great form line heading into finals.
  10. The decision against Pendles for deliberate out of bounds is what’s wrong with the game.
  11. On Monday I was able to access my 2 free tickets to the Swans game thanks to the MFC, look to be cracking seats as well. Looking fwd to this game.
  12. That was last week wasn’t it?
  13. Petty’s out, and…. Pies : Daicos, Moore, possibly DeGoey this week. Port : Dixon Lions : Ashcroft and they keep giving Hipwood a game. This years flag is there for the taking, I want nothing more than to be able to be there to watch us win the premiership. There’s no reason we can’t win it this year.
  14. If this club still needs to find reasons for players to get up we are in big trouble, thought we’d moved past that.
  15. Wedding mate. However I did try but for some reason anyone who had Telstra had no reception and those at our table with Optus were watching the Matilda’s.
  16. As I’ve stated I didn’t watch the game, spoke to my mate (Pies supporter) who did, and he said he got plenty of it but understandably far from his best as would be expected from someone who just missed 10 weeks, did some good things but come finals will be back to his devastating best.
  17. And so would an in form Oliver and Fritsch.
  18. Saints we got lucky just as Carlton did last night for different reasons, that’s footy! Lions we had a few out. Crows are a good side. Tigers last shot at playing finals. North, that game frustrated me no end. Last night I didn’t watch. Still think we can win it, but need to click very shortly.
  19. As much as last nights loss hurts I’m glad we got a second look at the Grundy experiment before the finals. Really need to lock down our team over the next two weeks.
  20. Thoughts….my thoughts are I love it. I will start by saying I didn’t see last nights game due to social commitments but calls for Melksham to be dropped of the back of one quiet game, are people serious? Teams are playing fast / quick footy and bringing in an underdone TMac is not the answer. I agree we need to be quick and versatile. Fritsch, Melksham, Trac, Pickett, Chandler and JVR on their day can all kick multiple goals. ANB who I’ve been critical of in the past is ever bobbing up and kicking them. This gives us multiple options but we can’t just bomb away. I like Tomlinson at CHB as he allows Lever to do what he does best. I believe this is potentially our best line up.
  21. At a wedding, limited reception. WTF is going on?
