  1. Hogan, T Mac and Pedersen contesting one on one marking contests with Rawlings with each winning their fair share. Looks like we might go with 3 tall forwards and one of Tmac and Pedders to relieve Max.
  2. 24 players now involved in a half ground match simulation, Jesse looking mobile as ever along with Jeffy. Gus involved in this drill also. Weed and Trengove not in this drill which leaves me thinking Smith, Kent, Wagner, Stretch and JKH fighting for the final four spots. Once again Jesse looking really sharp and focused!!!
  3. Players were split into 3 of four groups for some short sharp ball movement type of drills. Hard to gauge which of the extended bench will play as all are here and participating but one thing I noticed is Trengove is training in a group that only consists of White and Maynard.
  4. Arrived at training a short time ago and all of the MFC listed players are participating. No sign of any injured players present. Players going through the warm up at the moment. Frost is involved but I did notice him approach a doctor and point to his hamstring/buttock area. After a two minute consultation Frost is back out there.
  5. I'll be attending training this morning, hope to see a few from the Demonland team down there. The inclusion of Jesse and Jeffy has definitely lifted the mood around the place.
  6. Great signs for the club and a valid point on the Bombers fans dropping off in the past couple of seasons.
  7. Would like to see with great interest what Maynard can bring to the team. There's no better time for him to debut. I have only seen him play live once earlier in the year against Williamstown and his physicality was impressive. Can certainly gather the ball from Casey reports, it might just work against a hardened Carlton midfield.
  8. According to AFL news, Callum Mills has changed his name to Bugg victim.
  9. Fantastic post!! Definitely lifts the mood around the place after reading nothing but negativity all week in regards to injuries, suspensions and king hits. Watts is an intelligent and well spoken young man and won't have to worry about life after football but yet he conducts himself with absolute class and dignity on the field. His work ethic cannot be questioned and we all hope to see him back soon doing what he does best.
  10. Does anyone know what time training is on tomorrow?
  11. Should i put my membership in the microwave or pre heat the oven? These are no longer the dark days, although the footy gods are trying their mightiest to send us back there. Belief rather than hope!!
  12. The reporter on channel 7 covering this story just stated " North Melbourne released a statement about 20 minutes ago, saying they will not comment because this is an active police investigation." North Melbourne?????
  13. I doubt it, he was at MSAC until 6pm last night for the kids clinic.
  14. Well said, it would be a sight for sore eyes to see him anywhere really. No doubt he's physically ready to play but it's a tough predicament the club faces with his selection. The mental issue is the main one from all reports but geez we need Jesse more than ever.
  15. Indeed, that act was out of character supposedly. That's all we heard for a week from Richmond and the media.
  16. Lewis on 360 also stated that our leaders rang Mills and Kennedy.
  17. Is Mitch usually reliable? I guess we have nothing to worry about this week if Jesse will line up for Casey.
  18. My daughter got the same response from him today.
  19. I'm currently at the holiday clinic at MSAC with most of the team here, might just get one of the kids to ask Watts.
  20. Not at all, we all know why he came into the team.
