I didn’t receive a letter, only my wife and kids. I rang the club and they told me the letters get sent out to members that don’t have a phone number or email linked to their membership account. They are just making sure all members are notified. Members with an email or phone number linked to their account will receive the info by email.

A Day at the Races
Cheers Macca. Loved her last 100m, she was revving it up nicely! Casey are struggling at the moment Macca. Time to put our coaches hats on, Bombers seem quicker through the middle, maybe we should try Jeffy for a few quick stints in there??

A Day at the Races
Phew, I Am A Star by a wart as the racecaller mentioned. A tad in front now after a little each way on the horse. I got $8 fixed but it blew out to $10, won’t complain though. Winx....what more can we say.

Santos was certainly unlucky, kept in a pocket and didn’t see daylight. Wouldn’t completely say he was a certainty beaten as the bolter did finish off the race with a barnstorming run.

Who's going to Perth?
A mate went to flight centre this morning and it seems they looked after him compared to the online prices. I saw one Qantas flight for $2300 one way. He booked flights and 2 nights accomodation at the Crown Promenade hotel for two of us. Just over $1300 each. Flight centre might be worth trying if time permits.

Best Bet. Royal Randwick Race 5 Number 2 Pierata $3.30- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
Wow, two captains saying bye to the Suns. What now for the club? This is very messy, they can’t attract top tier players, they only lose them and I feel a bit for Dew now. Do they just load up with draft picks and make it an inception year all over again? There was some talk Anthony Miles might end up there but he’ll have no one to kick the ball to.- Finals Tickets
Received ours yesterday Jaded, mentioned it a few posts above but done some more reading since then. The pic isn’t very clear sorry, these are the priority groups. Registration time for priority one is 8am - 12pm Wednesday the 19th should we beat Hawthorn. Priority 2 is between 1pm-5pm on the allocated day and Priority 3 is between 6pm-9pm on the allocated day. 2018 GF ticket prices. Prices vary from Cat 1 $410 to Cat 7 $180. Restricted view/Standing $150. Basically we need to register within the time allocated for your priority and that has no bearing on what category or tickets you’re allocated. Credit cards are required to have sufficient funds on the day as the system will charge the cards without notification.- Farewell Jesse Hogan
Ha Ha, I could’ve opened with that binman, Gus couldn’t say much else really, but I like hearing it nonetheless. Jesse played a huge part to get us here and I think I mentioned it in just about my only post in this thread a while back. On 360 last night the hosts discussed the ‘trade’ option and Robinson stated Jesse isn’t worth 2 first round picks. I wouldn’t even know and don’t really care what a viable trade would look like as I’m so against trading him.- Would we take $cully back?
Whoa, when did this beauty of a thread pop up? He can outside run his way to Punt Rd or the Eddie Centre.- Farewell Jesse Hogan
Brayshaw scoffs at suggestions that Jesse should be traded on the AFL exchange podcast. Brayshaw labelled the storyline ‘a very, very knee-jerk type of reaction’ and was confident that a Melbourne forward line of Hogan, Weideman and Tom McDonald could function successfully in the future. "It was a terrific performance (from Weideman), but people are very quick to discount the amount of work that 'Hoges' has done for us throughout the season. He’s been a superstar for us for a very long time," Brayshaw said.- A Day at the Races
Looms as a great day for racing Macca. Wadda has ventured overseas so the best bets could be limited this week. Santos is set to resume on Saturday. $3.60 second pick with TAB. Connections have targeted a big race in Melbourne for the spring. Agree with you on Unforgotten and Le Romain, you’d think one of those two will fill second spot.- Umpires this week
Margetts, Rosebury, Razor?- Finals Tickets
Received letters in the mail this morning from the club with information regarding Grand Final ticketing. It’s an AFL directive, the club is obliged to send out the info when 6 clubs remain and not a case of bathwater slurping. Forms are enclosed about guaranteed ticketing and ballots. Anyone else receive letters?- NFL
