I still think that something could happen with Jeremy Cameron.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JEFF GARLETT

I agree that anything is possible and finals should be the target, the problem is that 17 other teams are also improving. -

He wants to come to Melbourne (as reported), no trade has been done yet. -
I think a logo on the collar looks worse, polo or suit without any logos.
-
This too with Greenwood apparently wanting to go to Collingwood is classic equalisation where the salary cap kicks in.
-
I think it is starting to take effect. Mike Pyke mentioned in an interview recently that because of COLA going his contract took longer to negotiate.
-
He might be in a holiday, and as he is contracted a non-issue for him but I'm not completely giving up yet.
-
I'm assuming that Gold Coast still have a bigger salary cap than other clubs? If so, first casualty of Sydney losing COLA.
-
Free agency is ruining the teams down the bottom of the ladder.
-
There's still a chnace if Dangerfield wants to leave.
-
A large spanner would be thrown in the works if Dangerfield won't commit to or asks to leave Adelaide.

I think there is a difference between the tradition of father-son picks and having your own academy to recruit from. -
He did say that McKenzie would play 300 games.

GOODBYE MR. CHIP FRAWLEY
Straight Sets Simon replied to JackVineyForPresident's topic in Melbourne Demons
I used to find it odd seeing Melbourne players in opposition jumpers but seeing Frawley in the Hawthorn jumper didn't have any impact on me. -
I'm not surprised, it comes down to whether Dangerfield wants to and will stay beyond 2015 and if Adelaide are willing to risk that he will stay.

It's the same as Hawthorn only getting pick 19 for Franklin but Melbourne could potentially get pick 3 for Frawley. No system is perfect. -
Or re-sign him on a long-term contract.
