Isn't half a brain the excuse for a post like the above -
Nathan Jones elevated to Captain, Garland to VC

Magner old chap, what to give posters another chance to say, too slow, too one dimensional, can't kick etc etc like they did last year, love topics like this, the negative monsters have their keyboards burning, yet another excuse to bash, bit pathetic really -
Hahaha..... Brisbane are a couple more losses away from cutting Voss loose, after three years Bulldogs have not won the big one since 1956, 1 and 5 sound familiar GWS has Sheedy, thank christ, great record this season, how many last qtr fades out, get rid of him, he can't motivate the players to play 4 qtrs, Cameron can kick as many as he wants, it is whether they can hold on to him About the only one I nearly agree with is Ablett, just wondering with Dunny having his tail up whether we will tag him this weekend
-
It is only you that thinks it's urgent, by the way what do you think of Brendan McCartney as a coach, second season in won 6 lost 23, sounds nearly familiar.
-
Oh a degree in pedantics, you really enjoy a pissing contest don't you
-
Gee I wish people could let the Junior McDonald issue go, he had maybe one more season left in him, injury free of course
-
The point I was trying to make me ol softie was the players who are showing improvement always had the footy nous, injury held them back, a bit of optimism in the usual cloud filled stormy environment that is Demonland, you can put your hairshirt back on now....and flagellate away......
-
Here's a point for you....imagine if... Evans hadn't damaged his back Strauss hadn't broken his leg Blease hadn't broken his ankle Gawn hadn't wrecked his knee (twice) Garland hadn't missed a year with his foot Tapscott hadn't had ongoing issues with his shoulder and Clark hadn't got a foot injury
-
Bing........Gee you did a good job of typing it up and/or finding it......it is on a Public Forum so if it wasn't you it was probably Paul Roos that wrote it....or maybe Caroline Wilson DemonOX.....your assertion is incorrect, not everybody on here wants Neeld to succeed, some posters are willing him to fail, to justify their rather pathetic stance
-
Er Bailey was 2 and half years, Misson wasn't at the Club, how do you think the game plan has been superceded, by what?....most game plans are get it down the other end from the one you are defending and kick it through the big sticks....slight variations on a theme
-
Well said Ron, althought it is probably wasted on some on here, Caroline Swillson and Damian Ferrett are taken as gospel
-
"now we see what Moloney can do under Voss".......he has had one good game this season, albeit against us......if Moloney leaving meant we could draft Matt Jones...good

Elevate Jones to Co-Captain: Robert Walls
Satyriconhome replied to Pates's topic in Melbourne Demons
Unfortunately Brad Miller retweeted (still follow him coz he puts good pics of Pia up sometimes), so I tweeted this as well "don't retweet this clown Brad, he will begin to think he is right, which he very rarely is....Trenners is fine" -
"We lack purpose with the ball in hand and our long-kicking-down-the-line game is ineffective when the opposition has time to set their defensive structures and it provides no overlap.".... That's why we tried to go through the corridor and the middle quite a few times on the weekend, we just stuffed it up, Casey play through the middle as well, same game plan........the Midfield apart from Jones and Syliva won't have 50 games between them at the moment....although saying that Matt Jones is getting better and better each week
-
No it doesn't, this should be good for another 15 pages of hot air by keyboard, what doesn't add up, the number of posters who bang on and on and on and on about conspiracy theories?
-
Yes I can be, because it is some hero putting a bulge in his trousers coz he thinks he has made a smart comment about a player (hopefully the poster is male), I want to see him/her say it to Col Sylvia's face
-
We defend 'poorly' because we fold under pressure at the moment and turn it over too much, that is what Neeld is trying to eradicate
-
No it's not, it's the actual truth, nice of you to think so, though I am not surprised, you being you
-
I wouldn't stand next to you, I think my inability to stifle my laughter at some of your 'thoughts', you might find a bit upsetting
-
Great post from someboby who has been deriding the players we brought in this year, so an injured player would be a good addition, what sitting in the stands applauding, laughable
-
That is pathetic, and sickening, Sylvia loves the club, wander down to Gosch's and say it to his face hero
-
Nothing like a good rumour, this should be ok for two or three pages, in the present atmosphere don't you think that would leave him open to be sued?
-
Hey chap, there is still an investigation going on by ASADA or AADAA or WADDA or whatever it is called, so therefore the Club did the right thing and did not make any statement that may be prejudicial to the inquiry, similar to Essendon yesterday That way the Club are not seem to be interfering with the inquiry, It is called a no win situation
-
The point I try to make is yes Troy Davis' disposal may have been a bit iffy, but he was young and still developing, and it is not as if he missed every kick ,and then it is like he has/does and it grows and grows and it is as if the player has to prove them wrong. I just get a bit peeved with some of the heroes on here who do a bit of kick to kick in the park and think "oh that's easy" how come he misses. Now we have a post that Toumpas 'waddles" so won't make it, I mean FFS, I think some posters should just stick to water at the footy
-
It is not making a fool of myself really, it is poking fun at the posters on here that don't give young footy players a chance to develop, they immediately label them as spuds after watching them for 5 minutes in the VFL, it pisses me off hence the attitude, if you don't like it. tough, do you think I really care what posters think of me? Already asked, they understand he is developing nicely, they regard him as a key back, but Frawley happens to be sitting there injury free at the moment, assume as other poster has said, if Tommy Mc looks like he needs a breather they may consider him One of the objectives for Troy in the pre season was his disposal and adding offense to his game, his ability as a defender not questioned,, so coaches are more than happy with what they are seeing from him, hence this on website Troy Davis: Troy worked tirelessly for the entire game and led the team again with his spoils, while also winning a lot of the ball. His 20 disposals from the last line of defence was a good effort.
