Given the AFL’s penchant for manipulating outcomes, I’d be amazed if they didn’t orchestrate matters so that GCS get to pick him and the AFL protects their downside risk (e.g juicy FA compo pick).

Community Service Announcement for any poor souls tuned into Trade Talk. Fox Footy: Why the AFL will make fans wait until AFTER 3pm Wednesday for any trades

It's an ugly stat that aligns with the sports trivia question that's bound to be asked in the future... Q/ Who kicked 3 goals in the 2019 AFL Grand Final? A/ GWS

We traded a R2 2020 pick to Freo. I haven't taken into account who these are tied to.

What Jack Dyer may have referred to as 'balanced and amphibious'.

Someone who can play both inside and outside I suppose.

No idea if we're done or not, but so far: The in's; Tomlinson, Langdon, pick 26, Pick 50, R2 2020, R4 2020, The out's; Frost, Pick 22, Pick 42, Pick 61, Pick 79, R2 2020, R4 2020 Net effect: Ins: Tomlinson Langdon Pick 26 Pick 50 Outs: Frost Pick 22, Pick 42, Pick 61 Pick 79 4 in, 5 out. Maybe splitting pick 3 will be the balancing item?

TGR are you suggesting that we supporters have invaded Frost and both you and Clarko have done nothing to stop it?
-
He will be gone by the bye or just gone bye bye?

I'm not as 'down' as Frosty as some on this site, whilst acknowledging their concerns about his flaws, however @Nasher is right; a great result if this trade converts into Langdon.

FWIW the AFL Draft Pick Value Calculator has Trading out pick 3 as the equivalent value of GWS pick 6 and then pick 37. Of course what the calculator can't take into account is the impact of us potentially bidding on Green.

Are we sure, in this day and age, that someone called Jourdan Canil is real?

Thanks for your kind offer, but no thanks.

Easily fixed, will give Gildo a call and see if GCS can have some more priority picks.
-
Regardless if you're a fan of Frost - or not as the case may be - I think pick 47 is a pretty poor return from our perspective.

What are your thoughts on the likelihood, and merits, of packaging Petrucelle into the deal?

For a website riddled with misinformation; Demonland can, at times, be quite educational.

So, is Mark Evans working for? a) Gold Coast Suns b) Hawthorn c) AFL d) All of the above

^ Gold Coast is a soul-less place; unsuited to the tribalism of sport.

P St D; is this an example of the Mathias Cormann effect?

Does the renewed interest in this thread have anything to do with 'the sneaky contract clause'?

Small forwards - what are our trading and draft options?
TRIGON replied to Pates's topic in Melbourne Demons
The game waxes and wanes in terms of trend. For some time is was 'contested ball', recently a lot of the talk is about small forwards. Yes, we need some, but probably only one or two - as long as they're quality. I'd prefer a balanced set-up as opposed to moving too far in any one direction; two tall forwards, two mobile utilities, two fast crumbing forwards. Current state of the list, best 3 in each role as the list currently stands: Tall Forwards: T.Mac, Weideman, Petty? Utilities: Fritsch, Petracca, Melksham Crumbing: Help Required, More Help Required, Lockhart? -
Wow! They must think that their premiership cat-flap is still open.
