    Lies, damned lies, and statistics.
  2. Yes, does seem to be an issue. It seems like we've fallen back into our previous years bad habits of not holding much width around the stoppages.

Keeping tabs on interstate developments that may influence and/or impact the AFL: NSW want the other states to give them their Pfizer because NSW have been doing all the 'heavy lifting'...edited for accuracy - spreading! NRL players on notice as Jeannette Young says she's close to booting the league out of Queensland

Hmmm..maybe we can if we don't touch any surfaces and then touch our eyes, nose or mouth.
  12. I'd be livid.
  13. If I recall correctly the bloke on the left has 'special needs'. However, the bloke on the right has no excuse.
  14. We need to smash them and send them spiralling towards the wooden spoon.
  15. Great win, impressive effort from start to finish.

Fine point you make @bingers. There's some pretty thoughtless commentary out there. AFL is a high velocity sport and collisions are inevitable. However, whacking someone in the back of the head just because they've beaten you in a one-on-one contest is not acceptable.
  19. I think the VFL is taking this 'work from home' thing a bit too far!
  20. We were poor across most facets of the game, the scoreboard flattered us. The back 6 was way too loose but I think they're good enough to rectify this quickly. At the centre bounce we're simply not getting the synergy that you'd expect from the personnel (talent) that's in there, may take some time to fix - the addition of a match-fit Viney should help. The forward line, in particular the teamwork amongst the KPF's, is way off. Too many times they're all leading to the same spot, dragging their defenders to the marking contest as opposed to one leading in a different direction - which at the very least could create indecision in opposition defences.
  21. Played very well in the two 2018 MCG finals, had a solid block of form last year before Luke Jackson tore his hamstring which left Sam as the only key forward. However, his recent form has been really disappointing. Hope he can turn it around.
  22. It won't help him if he's consistently playing from behind against blonde haired defenders.
