  1. Just watched the replay again and it certainly looked that way.

  3. Yes, a Scot for sure. A former team-mate of mine (cricket, a game he loved) and fortunate enough to re-connect and become good friends about 4-years before he passed. Ripping bloke with a strong moral compass. One of my most memorable and emotional moments was a 30-minute conversation at Sean's wake with his mother (Peggy), telling her of how proud he was of her - Sean spoke of her often. Peggy spoke of how bittersweet the last 6-months of Sean's life were, knowing he was going to pass but getting to spend more time with him...remembering that our game took her son to the other side of the world when he was still a very young man. Peggy's parting words "promise you will never forget my son". Peggy Wight...promise kept!
  4. Achieved against quality opposition too. Because of the scoreline, that might get lost in the mists of time.
  5. I beg your pardon, WHAT?
  6. Sent via a mate of a mate. Apparently the dog's name is Roger..
  7. For those of you suffering from feelings of nausea - stay calm, try to breathe deeply, and don't succumb to footbulimia.
  8. All I ask is that they play like Sean Wight - hard, fair, and ferocious.
  9. A n d n o t h i n g e l s e.
  10. Who hasn't had a Kathy Bates in their dark distant past?
  11. What's it like to be a Demons tragic? this journalist has articulated it beautifully...Supporting a laughing stock: what it's been like following the modern-day Demons
  12. Dreading: Oh WOW BOYEE Did you see that? Which could be avoided by tuning into Dennis Cometti's radio call - "and it's another centimetre perfect pass from Spargo to Petracca which see's him kick his 3rd goal and it's Melbourne out now to a 60 point margin"
  13. 👆he could be onto something here.
  14. I'd like to think that @DeeDJ is right in that we've moved on from the pi$$weak thuggery of yesteryear. There's courage enough in attacking the ball with 100% commitment.
  15. Not feeling nauseous, but my work-related powers of concentration are at a record low ebb.
  16. In lieu of the Brisbane & Perth Grand Finals, I think the MCG has secured an extension on hosting rights.
  17. Robbo proof overproof reads the articles?
  18. I thought someone had hacked your account - until I saw the 2nd sentence.
  19. Agreed. Another thing is he needs to do is control his aggression. In particular he needs to cut out the 'flying the flag' nonsense once we already have the free kick. His work at the stoppages recently has been excellent; when you're on a good thing stick to it.
  20. Have they added Cerra to our full list yet?
  21. Whilst he hated #positivelingers he seemed to be okay with 'Happy Ed". Can see the T-Shirts now... #HappyE WHY? NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS BUT THANKS FOR ASKING.
  22. I'm generally with you. Only recently rejoined so I could catch up with old friends. Not enjoying being bombarded by the ads for reality shows. Reality shows; they're not the end of the world, but they make a good argument for it. The video is hard to explain without ruining the story.
  23. Not sure if a facebook media works here or not...but a mate just sent me this: https://www.facebook.com/messenger_media/?thread_id=778023629&attachment_id=574855740494469&message_id=mid.%24cAABa_S1ps_WCPWuQNF8DCYsSuOzo
