Go Dees!

I agree. It's the same list that rates Marcus Bontempelli and Nic Natiauni as two of the top ten players in the competition. Good players, but certainly not top ten worthy. I never take these too seriously

Check out Bernie's response!

Tyson was absolutely fantastic, particularly in the second quarter when we were pushing hard. Loved watching Trengove out there today. While he wasn't hugely influential, he showed some glimpses that highlight how good he could be if he has an extended run in the team. Harmes needs a spell in the VFL. I love the kid, but unfortunately he was completely lost and ineffectual. Finally it's happened! Frost in the backline! He wasn't half bad either, and seemed far more involved than he was when he was being played as a forward Although he's as raw as an uncooked steak, Oscar played his best game for the club today. Needs to work on his defensive game but otherwise he was fairly solid for a 20 year old key position defender. Jayden Hunt continues to impress. While he's by no means dominating or accumulating huge numbers, I love the way he goes about his football. Were Hawthorn playing soccer? I lost count of how many times they kicked the ball off the ground (and annoyingly, how many of them landed straight into the hands of a teammate). An encouraging effort overall. Dissapointed, but not surprised that we weren't able to get over the line. Hawthorn are a very experienced team, and albeit their recent form, know how to win games such as this.

Saw this as well, but I think the poster meant Vanders. No confirmation at the moment either so I wouldn't look too deep into the story. Clarry should be good to go for this weekend and for the rest of the season.

18 years old...its positively frightening how good he'll be in the coming years. I don't think I've ever been so excited by a player's ability to handpass. Love that he's a country boy as well. Everyone's putting their money on Petracca for the rising star but jeez, Oliver is surely going to come close.

I believe SOS (Son of Stretch) played 11 games last year, making him ineligible.

Unsurprisingly I think Viney would be leading pretty comfortably at the moment. Gawn would probably be runner up at this stage. There's a large group of players who are in contention for the remainder of the top five. I'm backing Jetta as a smokey for a top five finish this year.

Stretch is improving at a serious pace. His mate ANB was a good inclusion as well. Add Harmes, Petracca, Hunt and Oliver into the mix and we have a seriously good core of young talent.

Much better final 5-10 minutes. Need to really put the Lions away in the last quarter.
-
Well done Billy!

Stretch is becoming important.

Hogan kicks his fourth. Starting too pull away again. Phew.

Thank god for Newton. Benny kicks a goal.

Jeffy gets our first for the quarter. His second.
