6. Salem (Career best game. Every touch was absolute class. Awesome tackle in the last quarter as well) 5. Jeffy (Nearly the best game he's played for us. Arguably won the game for us with his tackle and goal) 4. Oliver (Midfield beast. Early days, but you'd think he'd have some Brownlow votes under his belt.) 3. Jetta (Absoutely rock solid in defence. Hard to believe there were some who doubted his position in the 22) 2. N.Jones (Just about the only player who looked likely to hit a target.) 1. Watts (Stood up when it mattered. Some important touches throughout)

2016 Player Review - # 30 Alex Neal-Bullen
Demon Jack replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
I think there's definitely a spot for him in the team. He was terrific on the weekend. Good player to have rotate through the midfield as well. -
Jones and Hogan very unlucky. EDIT: Just realised I passed 2000 posts on Demonland. Thanks to everyone who makes this website possible!

Stare cam? Really?

Hogan, Oliver, Lewis, Vince and Jetta have been incredible. OMac and Melksham worry me a bit. TMac had a good second quarter. Keep it up Dees.
-
His forward pressure in that quarter was first class.

Saints said have come out really late. Like three minutes before the bounce late.
-
What's taking the Saints so long?

The turf looks like it was glued together by a seven year old.

Never thought I'd be delighted in seeing Cloke kick a goal. Those Collingwood supporters were quick to shut up!

Demonland Footy Tipping Competition 2017

All signed up! -
I was at the game last night with a delighted Richmond supporting mate. Definitely a tad sloppy game at times but it was mostly entertaining to watch. I think Carlton have found a handy backline duo in Marchbank and Plowman. Both seemed to read the play very well.

TEAM SELECTION AND MATCH PREVIEW - ROUND 1
Demon Jack replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
With the inclusions of Smith and Hannan, this is easily the quickest team we've named in quite a few years. I like it. -

Why the Tyson hate? Despite a slow start, he was superb for pretty much all of last year.
-
Indeed he did. Chris Dawes also proved to be quite handy as well.
