  1. I hope everything works out ok WCW.
  2. I think his family are from Timor.
  3. The club is bigger than the individual.... except if it's Roffey, Pert, or Goodwin. We may lose trac, but keep them. We are stuffed.
  4. I don't know what it is about Jesse, but I still love him. I remember reading that he was at the 21 GF to support the boys. He left on the final siren. He was happy for us, but sad for himself. Go Jesse. Do it for your Dad.
  5. We need to start sticking up for ourselves. We remain silent on most things. The media know that the BS stories will not be refuted by the club. At least not straight away. It's clickbait heaven for them. We should go down the GWS socials team, and start picking on everyone. Use humour to say F U.
  6. Maybe he was told to stay away today. The whole situation is a very public middle finger to Max, Jack, and the club. I did notice that Jack did the "trac flex" after he kicked his goal today. I don't think that was a coincidence.
  7. Trac and his "people" probably pre warned the media of his upcoming coffee catch up. It was great to watch 23 blokes respect our club today. Why wasn't Christian on the Gold Coast?
  8. We are still the best dressed team in the AFL. Apart from that horrible yellow rectangle on the back of the jumper. Its hard to go past Windsor as the highlight. He moves like C Judd imo. Rivers has been really good at times. Mcvee also. Our 2nd quarter against Brisbane at the Gabba was awesome. We beat the bummers, and helped ruin their season.
  9. 44k v dogs, mainly dees fans. 43k v hawks, make up game for Alice Springs. 50/50 51k v cats, mostly dees fans. 43k v lions, mostly dees fans. 37k v saints, all dees fans. 28k v roos, 70/30 dees fans. 32k v eagles, all dees fans. 52k v ess, 60/40 ess fans. 16k v GWS. All dees fans. Our home crowds have been ok. Considering we only have 60k members. We are down 8k on average from last year. The club does not draw well against GWS. We should play them in Alice Springs every year.
  10. September 25th 2021 vs Western Bulldogs.
  11. First to worst: Fitness no factor, so what's causing Dees' final-term fades? - https://www.afl.com.au/news/1162860
  12. Elite when fully fit. Was the Norm Smith Medalist at quarter time in 2021 GF.
  13. Its really hard to judge from the cheap seats. The conditioning/ fitness department have a huge say in the wins and losses these days. We always have struggled pre and post bye. It's a wait and see for me. It's not who you play, but how long between games. Those stats look horrible, but we have been struggling as a team in that time. From rounds 1 to 10 we were probably in the top 3 for last quarters.
  14. We got our identity back tonight. We beat them in clearance 40 to 36. Smashed them 14 to 7 centre clearance. Smashed them by 24 in contested possession. We had 18 more tackles. That was the best we have played in a long time imo.
  15. It will either be a 60+ point win, or an unconvincing 15 point win. But it will be a win. Ideally, kick 100+ points and keep them to a low score, so we can get a percentage boost. Clayton and Koz will dominate. JVR will kick 5. Kolt and K Brown will give us a much needed energy boost. May will be May again. Max will be in beast mode. Our real challenges come later in the year, but not tonight.
  16. If there is 1 game we shouldn't drop Petty, it's this one. North are light on for key backs. It's a chance for him to gain some confidence.
  17. Reports that our best player, our only Norm Smith Medalist, future captain and his family, are not happy with the club. Yet the club remains silent. No statement, nothing. They must be busy.
  18. Laura kane said on crunch time on SEN that AFL emergency doctors were involved on Monday as well. She is comfortable we did everything right.
  19. We ended up kicking it to him, but missed the target by 10 metres. It landed on the chest of the saints runner instead. Another turnover.
  20. No, but that wasn't my point.
  21. Was brought in for our new method. Plays without confidence. Play him in the VFL at half back so he can learn to defend and get some easy ball. Like they have done with AMW.
  22. The football department is responsible for our downfall. From coaching, strategy ,to list management, player management and fitness. They can't get out of their own way, in terms of bad decisions and stupid ideas.. It feels like the team is over coached, and maybe over trained. The players are so tense every week. You can see it. They play tence. The bigger the game the more tence we look. Its no wonder we never start well, or kick accurately. Its all incredibly frustrating, because we should be much better than we are.
  23. What a disaster. A disgrace that our medical team let him continue to play imo. Moore showed a killer instinct. Something we lack. Get well trac.
  24. Goodwin has been in charge for 8 years. 7 of them were failures. That is a fact.
