WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ED LANGDON
As others have suggested i don't mind the idea of basically giving the Suns Billy Stretch in exchange for not taking Langdon PSD and just bending the Dockers over with this one, third round or nothing.

Gaff or Andrew Brayshaw Rumour
The Weagles are going to have to do something because Geelong would love to get their hands on the two top 10 picks the Dockers are going to have.

2019 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May
we saw little bursts of how good he can be for us, we just need him to turn up to pre season in great shape, have a complete pre season and hit the season hard, injury free, i'm confident he will, and if he does i'm confident he will have an All Australian standard season

2019 AFL Free Agents
I thinK Richo is the person to ask for sure, if he'd be a good get i'm sure RIcho would have gone in to bat for him.

List changes who do we cut, trade or go after.
Personally all for the idea of trading our future first round pick if that can get us a second selection in the first round this year. if we could somehow wrangle a pick between 7-9 for our future first and something else perhaps we could get Lachie Ash and Hayden Young/Sam Flanders/Brodie Kemp

Farewell Sam Frost
I"m thinking the club thinks Harry Petty is ready to step up and is a bit more reliable. this does however leave me with serious concerns for the speed of our backline. Frost seemed to be important in that way, keeping some of the small defenders honest on ground level.

Trac should be our ‘dusty’
I think Petracca cops a lot of unfair critisism. this season he was ranked in the top 5 general forwards all year, and right up the pointy end for forward half ground ball gets and scoring assists. fair effort in a team that finished 17th. he's doing fine. as his tank builds he'll spend more time in the middle but i think often what he does goes unnoticed which is unfortunate

Splitting Draft Pick 3
we've in a better position over the Giants because they want to prevent bids on Green. we could probably get a better outcome overall from them, however i personally am leaning towards the idea of hanging onto pick 3 and drafting Lachie Ash.
-
THE MYSTERY OF DRAFT PICK 3?
Ash to me is exactly what we need, Half back with speed, composure, and a beautiful long kick, he loves to take the game on. if you've got him and Salem on the flanks our kicking out of the back half suddenly looks a hell of a lot better. and Hibbo either has a hard time holding his spot or potentially could make the move further up the ground to a wing.

Recreating the Tigers Premiership side with our list
Hall mark of the Tigers side is the forward half speed and pressure, and we don't really have much of that. we've got 3 pretty handy medium forwards in Fritsch, Track and Melk.. Tommy who's good but needs support, Weideman who needs to step up and probably one position open for a small forward if we can find one.

THE MYSTERY OF DRAFT PICK 3?
Personally i think Lachie Ash, but the smokey i'd consider is Flanders who i think is going to be very good player. young also ticks a lot of boxes. it's really him or Ash for me.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
I still think we lack a chase, tackle key forward, with speed. Elliot is a dangerous player but someone like a Dan Butler to compliment him would be handy.
-
Rowell or Anderson?
Depends on the team, Rowell is a safer option, but Anderson i think is more talanted. sadly Suns get both.

The calumny of the AFL's priority pick policy
Was always going to happen.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
I think he could potentially become our Tom Lynch (Crows) and link up the ground and kick the ball inside 50. could help our inside 50's quite a lot
-
Brodie Kemp (drafted by Carlton)
I think given the profile of our list we are probably in a good position to wait as well, teams like the Suns are probably relying a little bit more on draftees to make a big impact quickly
-
Brodie Kemp (drafted by Carlton)
I think if not for his injury he'd probably be a top 6 pick, and with that in mind i think we should seriously consider him if we do decide to split the pick

Premiership Window: Open or Closed?
I am going to be in the minority here and say we made some massive mistakes in our 2019 pre season, injuries hurt us badly, and as a result the tougher fixture became even tougher. if we can correct those mistakes, get a finals game plan up and running again, keep our good players on the park for full pre season, with the benefit of a good fixture i think we can play finals in 2020.
-
Josh Jenkins
Surely.. we are better off backing Sam Weideman in than chasing JJ He's a million years old and doesn't even play as a key forward. at least Weid has some talent and a future at the level if he can put it together.
-
Trengove delisted
All the best Trenners, fantastic bloke and such a shame it's ended this way fingers crossed the Suns give him one last crack
-
WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ED LANGDON
Like i said, i'm not for this, but this club is not ruthless like a Hawthorn, and i suspect that's why we haven't won a flag in a million years. we should look at every single opportunity to gain an advantage at the trade table.

The calumny of the AFL's priority pick policy
The Suns were pushing the narrative that being granted PP2 would allow them to draft Rowell and Anderson together and help reduce the potential retention issues they'd otherwise have, which makes sense. with that in mind i think it's foolish that they could even be considering pick 2 for Brad Crouch. I really think the AFL needs to offer them pick 10 and allow them to get crouch, clearly the retention help is not as much of a priority as they claim.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ED LANGDON
I'm personally not in favour of this but will float it anyway.. could we potentially shop Nev around as part of the deal to get Langdon and hang on to pick 20? I personally think Nev will bounce back and have a strong year, but if we feel he's on the way down, pick 20 might be pretty handy to hang onto.
-
WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
I've been thinking about this one a bit and he'd be very handy rotating from wing to high half forward, his height makes him a serious threat, playing on guys like Gaff if they aren't accountable he could become a serious offensive weapon drifting forward.

Billy Stretch
He's got great training standards, and seems like a wonderful young man but just doesn't quite seem to be an AFL level player. he's a very good VFL player at this stage. if you as an outside mid can't break into a side with no outside mids consistently you're maybe just not quite up to it.
