    Neelds program is getting alot our of some of these guys, others may have been abit lazy and that's probably why they are no longer with us, Tapscott is hard and tough, and he has a red hot crack and for me that's all anyone could ask of a player in a struggling team

    we have been pretty unlucky, a full pre season into trengove and clark, and take injuries away from them and dawes and we may have been more competitive, the point being it's hard to judge Neeld on that, if you took cloke and Lynch out of collingwood they wouldn't be anywhere near as dangerous

    He's building a foundation but we don't know if he can take us any further, it wouldn't be wise.

    As much as Neeld goes on and on about our lack of exp, he does has a 100% win ratio against teams with less games ex than us, i suppose that's something?

    Jamar isn't going to be in our next side that plays finals, spence might be so to me it makes no sense picking jamar over him

    The thing i find interesting is if Roos or any other coach comes in and we improve from next year on, is that a reflection on us being impatient because Neeld said 2014 from the start, or is that a reflection on his inability to coach? I can't see Neeld lasting the year out, then next year you potentially add a couple of free agents, jesse hogan and a priority draft pick to our list, as well as a full pre season and out best 22 on the park, get a fully fit, dawes, clark, trengove, grimes, and so on and add them to our team I think Neeld has set a very solid foundation for him or our next coach to work with.

    hope our boys are watching, it's amazing how Geelong do the basic things so well and it stands up under any pressure from any team

    A target, some good contests any goals and so on is a bonus, if he ties up one tall defender it might allow gawn, sylvia, howe, sellar to get on the end of a few a a possible mismatch

    if you go Thompson on dawes it means that day goes to Gawn and sellar assuming he plays forward gets one of Mckenzie, broughton or Murphy, unless Brennan plays in defence or they sacrifice a tall forwardThis is an area they struggled against us with last year.

    The thing that makes me really like our chances is that we have three tall forwards potentially and howe and sylvia plenty of marking options and their defence is light on with no warnock or Dixon in the side, I think we'll win by 40-60 points

    Sundays a big day for Neeld, Huge amount of pressure added if we lose, not much comes off if we win, because we should

    The only reason i can think of to play sellar with Dixon out is to stretch their defence, in which case Fitz would have been a much better option. Selectors have lost the plot

    Davey has played too many games, it doesn't fit the pick the least experienced team possible policy we seem to have.

    Last year they had those players and their defence couldn't cope with our ball movement, sellar looked dangerous, and they had trent Mckenzie on Rivers in the forward line in the first quarter which was a recipe for disaster for them

    Really gotta respect a bloke like that who can play as well as he does with a pretty serious and painful injury like that, credit where credit's due i suppose
