The win loss ratio is frustrating, but Neeld has not had his best 22 on the park together at all, let alone for a few rounds, so we have no idea what our best is like. So for me at this point, we couldn't resign him, but sacking him would also be harsh, he is contracted for a good part of two more years, we may as well give him more time and hopefully we will get to see exactly where we are at later in the year.

Even Mitch Clark is playing better since arriving at Melbourne, then you consider Tapscott, matt jones, Grimes, Sylvia, Gawn, Howe, Terlich, Garland, Evans, and probably more are all playing their best footy, the step up in Training may well be starting to pay off.
