This umpiring is disgusting!
-
Why the hell is cross on hill?

Doggies were beaten 75-37 in hit outs and beat the swans. We need something similar because I don't think rush and pedo will beat Sandilands and Clarke
-
we can win
-
Fremantle will make a play for Jesse every year, he's just that good. I'm very confident he's a demon at heart now through. And freo are going to be left in tatters by 2017
-
Carlton are the AFL equivalent of the English Cricket team, happy to talk tough but as soon as it's game time they're consistently beyond useless and don't look like improving any time soon
-
Richmond are just mediocre, plain and simple, so many Richmond supporters carrying on like us beating them is a once off blip and yet we beat them last year on a big day for their club, and in the NAB cup before that! Joel Selwood is a great player, but the ducking is just ridiculous, it's staging plain and simple, nothing brave about it, he drops he knees to get soft free kicks, he does it over and over again year after year, the umpires are aware but they just allow it to continue
-
Gee Richmond are average so far
-
carlton has a rubbish list, it's not surprising that a team with awful leadership and a lot of soft players hasn't been able to go anywhere serious. Huge rebuild ahead
-
I reckon Gibbs is worth a first round pick to a good side, but the blues need to be aggressive at the trade table and get some decent young talent in

Anyone know if Trenners has started running again yet?

I mean they did just play last years premiers but besides that. -
MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 5

Mate, i wouldn't think Jordie would go to Hill, he would get burned off every time hill had the ball, not sure how many of our blokes could match him for speed. -
it's interesting BBO, i feel in a couple of years time i will have absolutely no issue enjoying the clubs superiority over other clubs as we have risen up the ladder.

MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 5
Ted Lasso replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Neale seriously struggled with a tag last week after being one of the form players in the comp in the first few weeks, i think that's the logic, Bernie will keep fyfe accountable, and do what he can to minimize his influence the ones i'm worried about are Hill and Pierce, i'm not sure we have the speed to go with them -

I see why you're so shocked, i mean clearly Jimmy Toumpas was the obvious choice -
MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 5

Roos clearly has a plan for Jordie, i'd be pretty worried if Jordie started as the sub and there wasn't a clear plan, Riley has been in good nick and would probably have offered more, although Jordie could lock down on Neale or Mundy maybe -
I thought it might have seemed familiar to you

Tdi, do you know if Trengove is back running?

MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 5
Ted Lasso replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
I think we will almost certainly play a defensive forward, because we have every game this year, but i highly doubt it will be Jordie, the only chance he really has of getting a run in my opinion is to lock down on Lachie Neale who i think probably struggles with a tag the most of the dockers mids having said that personally i think it will end up being, Out: Kent, Jetta In: Grimes, Riley -
Dees v Dockers - Round 5
Ted Lasso replied to The Song Formerly Known As's topic in Melbourne Demons
Might not be so bad, get Jesse up the ground, leave Howe on his own in the forward 50 -
I feel we should have a very detailed process in determining the partners of our players to maximise the potential of father son prospects.

There is no nobility in being superior to your fellow man, the only true nobility is being superior to your former self.
-
My best mate, who is good friends with Jesse is very much under my instructions to organise some chance encounters with some of her friends.

Toump was sent to casey with some specific goals to tick off for his development, i'm glad to see he will be able to keep working on those would hate to be a defender strolling out of the backline with the tackle machine Brayshaw sniffing around, he's bound to make people nervous with ball in hand. really looking forward to Hogan vs Mcpharlane Ultimately i think we will see the inclusions finish with Grimes and Riley as the sub, i don't think playing spencer as well would be good for team balance/make all that much difference in the ruck, i think Sandilands form is just going to mean our mids have to be willing to read off him a little bit more.
