I dont get how the EPL is so popular when there is no salary cap... I must admit I know nothing about soccer, though, but in that case it must be the same few teams winning the title every year (well besides this year obviously) Would like to see a list of major leagues from arond the world with no salary cap, I bet most are soccer leagues
