The last two seasons have shown that equalization is working. Credit to the AFL here. I think the Hawthorn triple premiership era was massively helped by the watered down talent pool thanks to the arrival of GWS and Gold Coast. Now things are evening out, and we have two of the longest premiership droughts broken in consecutive years. Heres hoping it continues.

Yup. And if anyone at the club is whining about Lever being paid so much it tells me our culture problems are money related - players care more about their salaries than the club, and are more concerned about what other players are making than earning their own paypacket and working their asses off.

Adelaide can not take Francis based on their treatment and comments on Lever. Would be the most hypocritical thing of all time.
