There is so much to look forward to with Jesse. Easy to forget sometimes just how good he is. A lot of Demon supporters might even underappreciate him... every opposition supporter would kill for him on their mob. God help the rest of the comp when he reaches his true potential. if he takes that next step in 2018 we will finish top 4.

A very good cog in the midfield machine Like Powell or Rigoni in our grand Final year
-
Don't forget he was also in court early in his career to for assaulting his girlfriend. But keep calling him a good bloke.

Jack Viney will Return to the Track in January.

Came back way too early. Also not sure why Misson is still at the club? Been there what, 5 seasons now, and we always fade at seasons end or have a huge injury list. -
Bayley Fritsch will play round 1... his talent will be on full display in preseason and he will be too good to leave out of the team. He will get the nickname 'White Jurrah', such will be his highlight reel from the first time he sets foot on an AFL ground.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARRISON PETTY
What replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
Petty should have gone in the top 10. I know a player when i see one. No idea where the phantom draft 'experts' had him, but anywhere outside the top 10 is laughable. Great steal by Jason Taylor. -

Bayley Fritsch, Harrison Petty and Charlie Spargo will all be cemented in the team by round 15 and playing important roles.
-
We picked players with skills. Fritsch in particular is a superb kick and skilled all around, and Petty also is a fantastic kick especially considering hes a KPD. Spargo and Baker also use the ball well. I give us an A for this draft, I reckon we nailed every pick but as always, time will tell.

So excited to see this kid debut for the MFC... the X factor is huge and hes skills are sublime. Should benefit greatly from adding even just a few extra kilos. He is very slight.
-
See, Im in great company.
-
Reason 1 is nothing but speculation, and if was a such a gun he'd have gone in round 1. Reason 2 is irrelevant
-
Good call, you truly are a visionary.
-
Melk was brilliant in his new forward role. Was a masterstroke from the coaching staff. He even has the 6th longest steak in the AFL for consecutive games kicking a goal (12 games).
-
Have forgotten about him already. Could not care less what he does at Port.
-
No Jake Melksham, Weideman at CHF. Terry Wallace is clueless.
-
LOL, took me until bullet point 5 to realise what was happening. Well played, CB.
-
Midfield speed and spread still a major issue. Overabundance of slow big bodied mids.
-
Another one that doesnt have the balls to do an actual mock draft.

Matt Balmer’s 2017 Final AFL Draft Power Rankings
What replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
What is this power rankings garbage? I notice the Twomey guy on afl.com does the same thing. Doesn't anyone have the balls to predict the actual draft anymore (ie mock draft)? -
“They’ve come back in OK shape – some that we would’ve liked to have come back a bit better".

Are they training today, or did they come back for one session followed by a few more weeks off? -
Tingay, Obst, G Lovett, Johnstone, Yze, Woewodin... but no Todd Viney?

Jurrah, Jakovich and Farmer all on 28 votes.
