  1. These two decisions are examples of our god forsaken Umpiring Fraternity saying WE GOT THIS, but the sad facts are they haven't got a clue, and this mind you boys is as we go into Finals. The darling Media, us and all of this the final fanfare for none other than Gil........ and " i leave the AFL in good hands, a job well done, thanks for the cheque". Not forgetting of course Racism and Concussion, a couple of little sideliners.
  2. One of the more stranger decisions, but then again we have seen, or thought that we have been seeing, quite a few. Apparently the noise coincided with someone wacking the padding to make it appear that it had clipped it. Now why would that happen when there is no snicko there.
  3. OOOO AHHH Not allowed say that...😄
  4. Well, i'll tell you, but that is in the next chapter. "Grundy paints the town red and blue"
  5. Can well understand why we were able to pick him up after last night's game spray during debacle on X . He just didn't want to stay there.
  6. Rash generalisations will not solve the problems.
  7. Certain AFL Umpires, yes i do. Especially to certain players at MFC yes i do. When dumbfounding decisions, and pivotal changes of momentum are made to the detriment of one club especially, yes i do. Not just me noticing......
  8. We couldn't possibly have got a favourable fixture when your team gets penalized every week by inept, bias umpires who practise their newly found powers and vague rule variations that create more perplexed supporters including the bottom of the pile media cult lovers and officials who kiss their own self importance where it don't smell. Bit premature for me.
  9. Doesn't the Team score depend on conditions? Which of those eight games did we win? In fact with Grundy in and not in what is our ratio of win/loss?
  10. Grundy Disposals.................... Above Average in 2023 Grundy Handballs.................... Elite in 2023 The rest .....................................Average in 2023 All Career Statistics are either Elite or Above Average Look for yourself.
  11. Spare a moment and a last comment on an individual that played his heart out in last week's cheat fest. Petracca is this man who i was lucky enough to view in a little different light after his kick for goal. His look took on so many different emotions which i found so in depth, so meaningful, so sad but in the end so angrily determined. He took that kick on his shoulders as something quite personal and was clearly silently insulted that it was not allowed. We should all feel insulted that it wasn't allowed , and we should finish this without another loss.
  12. Hawks should be thinking about winning their first four games not their last four, when it certainly does not mean anywhere near as much.........err what could have been eh.
  13. We lose to bloody Carlton by four points and people want to clear half a premiership side. WTF.
  14. I had a feeling Razor was getting overruled and didn't have that much impact in the last QTR.
  15. The instructions on interference are coming directly from the AFL and the Umpiring arm which is attached to it to combat Max's height and ability.
  16. It doesn't matter whether they were playing or not if the rules prevent them from getting to the ball it is irrelevant. Also i believe in horses for courses rather than 5 top players..
  17. The AFL thought they could get away with one of their Pin up sides on a drug program by brushing it under the carpet, But when all of a sudden it became a cheating situation and a danger to players, it soon blew up, but did anyone from the AFL go, well of course not.
  18. If they have cleared everything then RELEASE EVERYTHING including all the filming, all the time and all the conversations.... Not just for us but for all the Other Clubs..
  19. Well this picture implicating the Coach says it all..... Hey boys let's have a picture so as that it verifies what happened, right Caleb??
  20. And i think he also reacted to what was said to him by the Field Umpire which we do not know because the record of that interaction has and still is being withheld from the Media and the Public.
  21. Well, candidly, you should have watched all the game.
  22. Carlton players would have been instructed that they were not going to be penalised if their indistinguishable intent gave full attention to the ball., which virtually means don' t get caught looking at the player, just the ball.
  23. Just a shout out to all our players. I will never single out one of our players as having been responsible for us losing a game. That's what we leave to all the other Clubs to do. We are not like that and that is why i support our Club. Any player in any team can kick to the left or right of a goal post but not many of them can kick through the middle and still have it called a minor score. This game was not lost by our Team and i squarely put the loss on the Umpires involved and the AFL. It's a shame and a disgrace. I have had this feeling all through the year, and the more exposure our players give to a rag tag bunch of purported Media Experts, the more they twist what was said into lying Head Lines. Do not get hung up on Red Herrings of points that should have been goals and stay with the point that WAS a Goal.
  24. Because that was NOT at all, what was said between both of the Field and the Goal Umpires. And that is why all the film of that time has been deleted.
  25. THE PETRACCA GOAL Can anyone clear up for me three things:- The first pertains to why the AFL official last two minutes of the game on Youtube now does NOT include all of the last two minutes. It is in fact abridged to not include viewing of how long the conversation was between the goal umpire and the Field umpire No 23 after Petracca had kicked the winning goal. What is there to hide by not including this very important part, and actually how long they spoke for? Secondly, from what could be seen from the fence side behind the goal area it is apparent to some that there was more words spoken than just what was understood to have been said. Do others understand this to be the case? Why was that? Third of course we have the situation that there is only one angle of viewing that has been shown to the public. Why?
