Here’s my 2 cents. Adem isn’t in the top seat. He’s essentially playing in the seconds waiting for a shot at the big guys. I don’t think anyone can realistically expect he’d not want to advance his career and test himself at the top level - and he’s not going to get that opportunity with us. In regards to the Jackson situation it’s more akin to Goodwin giving up the senior gig with Melbourne to go coach in Adelaide - because that’s where he came from.

Not going to lie I find it hard to get enthused about watching Luke play of late. It’s a strange feeling.

I don’t think you can argue we didn’t try to score differently in that game. We tried to get out the back more so than I’ve seen us do for 3 months. It wasn’t all long, high and slow to the pocket.

Someone smart explain to me who we want to win out of Carlton and Geelong? I was hoping for a nil all draw but Geelong already scored so that’s not an option.

How nice was it seeing Robbie Tarrant hugging the North players after their win? He knows how hard it’s been for them the last 4 months, and the 3 years before that.

In their last 3 games they’ve beaten The Suns, North and The Crows by an average of 6 points. Sides come up with 3 more goals across their last 240 minutes of footy and they’d be 10th.

Let’s just hope that they are using up all their luck now.
