I couldn't believe Haw dropped Ceglar, although not sure what his from was like. It allowed Jackson to ruck against a part timer as McEvoy followed Max everywhere. Not sure if this was reason Jackson played bigger minutes but he was holding his own in the ruck so max was in no rush to go back to the middle and could stand at FF longer than normal. It will be interesting how this works against Richmond who dont even play a part time ruck.

We have kicked more behinds than points in 3 out of the 4 games with the one game when we where in the positive GWS kicked 11.2 Geelong even had 9.3 at one stage. So while we have kicked bad our opposition have been kicking straight. The wheel will turn.

Im not sure how Jones has gone form fringe last year to best 22 this year. Hes slow, adds no pressure, and is playing for himself with little team first actions. Has burnt free team mates in better positions every game and has instead gone for the glory shot from 50 and missed each time. I agree he'll more than likely get picked but Id play Melky in front of him. Both offer no pressure but at least Melky can hit a target and kick straight. Yes they will. Newsflash Aussie rules football is played outside in the elements, apart from 2-3 games a year for Melbourne. Do you think Tullamarine isn't windy. Whitten oval, Waverly etc If they can kick them in the wind, they should be a lot better when there is no wind.

I rang the MCC and asked this same question and while the answer was yes you can, but you have to wait until the MFC member access window is open to use the MFC membership. This may cause a problem at a busy game as the MCC may sell out before the MFC window is open but shouldn't be a problem for Freo. Or you can also use your MFC membership with the junior MFC memberships to sit together.

What is counted in the membership is MCC members who are also MFC members. And so they should be. I think you will find that out of the 20k?? MCC members who affiliates themselves with supporting MFC there are 12K who are MFC financial members.

Thats no different to whats been happening for 10+ years The whole nomination is to stop the non ruckman going up and being blocked in the process and causing any confusion about who was going up. ie if Jackson was playing on ball and wanted to go up instead of Max and his opposition player denying him a direct path to the ball up. You can block a players path as a defender but not as a ruckman.
