  1. 0 tackles by captain Jones in a preliminary final.
  2. We should write to the club to raise the issue of Nicholls. Without fail umpires with bias every time. Is not fit for the job
  3. http://viralglobalnews.org/afl-2018-the-jesse-hogan-conundrum-facing-melbourne-sam-weideman-tom-mcdonald-melbourne-forward-line-afl-finals-2018-afl-trades-jesse-hogan-fremantle/ “HOW COULD A TRADE WORK? There’s no suggestion the Demons are actively looking to ship out Hogan, but if a ‘Godfather’ offer arrived — they’d be silly not to give it some thought. Of course, if Hogan is settled and doesn’t want to leave Victoria — then the discussions won’t get further than that. Fremantle appear to have the more pressing need for a key forward and Hogan fits the bill perfectly. With Lachie Neale set for a move to Brisbane, the Dockers could possibly hold Pick 4 (Brisbane) and Pick 5. GOING THE EXTRA MILE: Potential No. 1 pick not ‘satisfied’ yet Bailey Smith would be a very good fit for Melbourne. Photo: Michael Dodge/Getty Images. For a player of Hogan’s calibre, there’s no doubting both picks would have to be in play — but the Dockers might be looking for something in return, perhaps a future first round pick — which Melbourne would be hoping to be between Pick 14-18 in 2019 or an early second round selection. The Demons currently hold Pick 32 in 2018, having traded their first round pick to Adelaide in return for Jake Lever. If the Demons walked into draft night with Picks 4 and 5, Vic Metro MVP Bailey Smith would be the perfect fit into their midfield and could add some burst out of the centre of the ground. Lively South Australian small forward Izak Rankine could be considered, while key defender Ben King could help sure up their backline for years to come.”
  4. Quoting about 1/10th of my post. Maybe read the rest of the post first before doing so.... By doing this we would free up cap space (To snare a Gaff or Shiel) and another top 5 draft pick.
  5. If they throw picks 4 and 5 for Hogan and Kent I would take it in an instant. Use pick 4 to draft one of the King brothers to replace Hogan. Trade down pick 5 for a couple of picks in the easy-mid teens. Get rid of a player with an injured foot, free up a heap of cap space for a free agent (Like Sheil) and have multiple first rounders (in the teens) in the draft for some more mids/backs. End up with - King - Free agent using Cap space - 2 picks in first round Lose 1. Forward with injured Foot who will end up leaving anyway once his a FA. 2. Forward whose always injured and will probably also leave when his a FA.
  6. Maybe time for Hogan to go back...
  7. Anyone see Scott’s presser? Was almost crying. Thought his start of it was a nice respectful touch though. Paid tribute to the dees before taking any questions.
  8. How can we honestly fit Max, Hogan, Tmac and the Weid all together
  9. Can one of the admins please go delete all records which exist of me comparing Sam to Lucas Cook. Please?
  10. 9 disposals and 2 goals to Weiderman. Best on field at the moment
  11. Would people entertain a trade if we were able to swoop in and get Lynch to the dees as a free agent? If Freo offered up picks 4 and 5 (with exchange of misc) it would be a no brainer.
  12. If Hogan were to leave I feel the pick 4 from this trade would be involved.
  13. If we traded to freo we could be looking at picks 4 (From Brisbane via Neal’s trade) and pick 5 (freos first rounder) to get the ball rolling.
  14. Jesus Harmes is looking like Ablett in his prime
  15. Finally Petracca is finishing
  16. Lobb all over Gawn at the moment
  17. I have noticed both Gawn and TMac have been in the media a bit following last weeks loss. Seen nothing from Jones...
  18. I want to know who was the genius that appointed Troy Chaplin as our defensive coach. Our defence line is in a shambles
