  1. God dam GWS have alot to play with. Thanks for the correction. Good to hear pick 20 still in play.
  2. Dawes, Caddy will be a culture damager
  3. #3 Hogan #4 Wines #13 Garlett/Kennedy #26 Viney Gysberts/Martin for Wellingham/Dawes combo (Any of these works for me)
  4. That GWS 2nd round pick has gone to the Saints so this is no longer feasible. (The pick 20 part)
  5. Neeld and Viney on presser at 4pm When does Neeld have a holiday? The players are off on holidays and Neeld is still working? and pre-season is starting soon...
  6. Saints get Tom Lee, Claremont forward and picks 24 and 43 for pick 12. Final GWS prelisted trade. Pick 24....Isnt the pick we had hoped to get?
  7. If they want both pick 3 and 13 I would say "Thats cool, we'll use pick 3 on Toumpas and 13 on Dawes" I would be happy with Toumpas, Viney and Wines in midfield with Dawes to fill a gap for a few years until we can find the next Hogan which is attainable
  8. Deals such as WB picks 5 & 6 for Hogan and pick 20 still trump our pick #3. Hopefully they do not put it on the table.
  9. Wouldn't pay a first rounder for him. 2nd rounder I would
  10. That's probably what we were saying when we drafted Molan...and Cook...
  11. Just on-trade the pick 20 we get for the Hogan trade. Leave it up to Collingwood to take pick 20 for either of the 2. I highly doubt they would get a better offer. West coast are hesitant on pick 17 for Wellingham.
  12. Pick 3 for Hogan and pick 20 Then use pick 20 to Collingwood for Wellingham (If West Coast don't want to use their first rounder). If they do use their first rounder use it on Dawes. Either way pick 3 = Hogan + Wellingham or at worst Hogan + Dawes
  13. That would see us sitting with Dawes, Hogan, Viney, pick 4 and pick 13 after day 1 of trading. Awesome outcome Draft Wines and Kennedy Wines, Kennedy, Viney as mids and Dawes and Hogan into our forward line. Mix in Byrnes and a small forward or 2 from late picks + rookie
  14. If we can use pick 3 to secure Hogan and GWS 2nd rounder (pick 20) Then go on to use pick 20 for Dawes We will end up with Dawes, Hogan, Viney, Pick 4 and Pick 13. Awesome outcome
  15. I was wandering if anyone had heard anymore on MFC players who are currently on the trade table. I am not a fan of trading off all our first round picks and would hope that we get some return on some NQR players which are struggling at the MFC. As we are considering taking NQRs from other teams hopefully we get some value for our own.
  16. This would explain the compo pick GWS gave to GC GWS: If you give us pick 3 instead of 4, we will give GC a compo pick to pass on Viney MFC: sold
  17. Grundy will go at pick #2 Could be Toumpas in the bag...that's a good outcome for us. Jungle Dee won't be so happy though
  18. Any details of the the deal may be or is he just talking out of his a$$ Big allegation to make - draft tampering...
  19. Who looked better when they were 18? Garry Ablett Junior or Viney?
  20. I think the MFC slipped up. In an article regarding Wellingham and Dawes trade they said that they wanted at least 1 live pick out of 3 & 4. This is them saying "We will use pick 3 on Viney regardless but if we do , we wont trade for Wellingham and Dawes"
  21. 13 for Dawes is overs. Dunn does more damage up forward then Dawes. Considering we gave pick 12 in a much weaker draft for Clark this is way overs.
  22. Where is our negotiating skills? Get them to take our Mortons, Martins, Bates and Gysberts. Not our first round picks
  23. Cool story If anyone wants to burn their membership over who we pick then they should just walk away now. We will pick who we pick. I don't know why these Viney threads are so big. Just have faith our boys know what they are doing ffs. We either take him or we don't, and then we get on with it.
