We should be offering concession price memberships for the unemployed ,offering free memberships to the Sudanese ,Vietnamese ,New Zealand immigrants ,etc and reaching out to senior citizens and the disabled on a regular basis . Part of the problem with our club is the old school crap that we are known for .We need to change the private image and actually embrace some of wider societies needy to ever get something back or really stand for anything but tradition. Not trying to be too radical ,but I do think we need to look at new markets and somehow subsidise their first year as new members just to get bums on seats .

He was as evasive as Doug Hawkins or Brian Wilson. He could hit a target every time. One on one he was virtually unbeatable in the air or on the ground. He would often win in two on ones. I think we've got a whole studio of Hollywood starlets waiting to emerge in to the big time. Who gets there soonest will depend on the great injury god. I reckon Jetta ,Trengove,Grimes ,Watts ,Gawn,Tapscott and maybe Strauss and Evans could be the big improvers. Sylvia will give us the usual inconsistent stuff. Viney and Toumpas may not be as quick to come on as we all hope.(As is the way with top ten picks). If we get on a roll towards the end of the year (with an injury list smaller than a cricket team)we could kick some serious wankers who hate us in the arse. Remember this about us as a club- we are a crap team most of the time but when we get to finals our record of wins /losses is pretty good. The supporters come out of the woodwork ,the vibe rebuilds. Having said that I reckon we will miss the finals this year by a game or three. 2014 will be the time to shine.

Much as I love Jordies Tackling prowess-I must agree with you OD. We have to aim to kick like the Hawks-if not better and Jordie will need monumental improvement in this area to stay a viable option.

I agree that people should have the option of paying in cash /eftpos as not everyone wants a credit card. We need a bar/club area that is open and staffed at all times . I dont see this comment as a knock on the club-its just positive feedback really .

They had the best draft Zone in the 70s and 80s. They have had a lot of success and have produced some absolute Champions over the years.
