  1. Chandler actually applied some pressure at the fall of the ball and chased. Kossie inside 50 constantly waltzed around, stuck 1 arm in a token effort and didn’t chase. Got free on centre wing once with Turner 1 v 1 in our forward 50. Kossie doesn’t even run hard to take grass and draw the defender.,He just kicks it to space leaving Turner to take on his opponent. That was him today too hard let someone else do the work
  2. I see it the other way and think the FD knows the way forward is with the new brigade stepping up and why I wouldn’t be surprised if Clarrie left for the right price
  3. We are being let down by our leaders Fritsch absolutely no second effort Clarrie absolutely no 2 way run and knowing he has no fitness still stands off his opponent at stoppage Kossie picks and chooses and when he’s on we’re on Our Recent improvements not just beating Essendon was on the back of the young players standing up they will be inconsistent and it’s time a few truths were told to some of the big earners
  4. We played a high press game and were let down several times with poor skill on basic disposals which with everyone moving forward killed us on the rebound
  5. Let down by 3 of our highest paid players first thing Clarrie (first half), Lever and Kossie need to do is put their hands up and admit their effort and accountability was nowhere near the required level today.
  6. Imagine having the lack of courage to hold your response till now. Speaks more about you.
  7. Pretty much my thoughts, they are building well and once they get consistent are the real deal. I like how we’ve progressed but we’re outsiders in this. Hoping for a win, not confident but looking forward to seeing upside and this mornings conditions in Perth very similar to the morning leading into the Sunday arvo game in 2004. That day they were the better side for most of the day but we just hung in there. Heavy showers hit and we dominated the final quarter to win with Vardy very prominent in that quarter. Would love a repeat
  8. Agree, whilst I feel for the VIC based fans who through no fault of their own couldn’t get there, COVID created the perfect storm for me to witness the drought breaking flag without spending 2-3k on flights and accommodation. It’s a day I never thought I’d see and I will never forget. The crowd was amazing and the lead up to it saw us adopted by most of the state. I think with many WA based Dogs supporters wanting to lap up the entire atmosphere the stadium remaining full at the end was a rarity for a Grand final. I just hope all the supporters back in Victoria get to witness it
  9. Urquarts kicking is way off although Hawks have watched him a few times Hamish Davis, Kayle Gerryn, Jason Artemis and I suspect Clancy Dennis will all get drafted. Along with those you mentioned Bourke and Peterson outside chances
  10. I hope he’s even better on Sunday
  11. You have got to be kidding me, revisit your post game Round 1 posts. You have some nerve
  12. At least Buckenara isn’t playing, I still watch replays of that preliminary final and cringe at the last 10 minutes with our misses and the coast to coast kick out. I’m still not convinced Grinter infringed Buckenara.
  13. I would expect Hamish Davis may climb into top 50, played midfield in WAFL colts on the weekend for the first time I believe 40 possessions 18 contested. With previous proven scoreboard impact and at 191cm, huge tank I anticipate clubs to have more interest
  14. Sweet Jesus, I had a bad night sleep but checked twice this post is real
  15. Mcvee-9 Rivers and Martin 6 Kossie 4 Mckay 3 Langdon 2 Not sure on the breakdown but surely Mcvee and Rivers were best 2 on ground
  16. Drainage at Optus is good, however the deck will be very slippery under foot
  17. Weather in Perth this time of year very unpredictable. Current forecast for Sunday is 90% Chance of showers but only 40% chance during game time. Expected rainfall for the day is 1-5mm so most likely it will be a slick track but not likely to impact talks to much Focus is similar to last week in terms of stopping their uncontested game and ability to transition easily from the D50. Luke Ryan had a field day when we played in Alice
  18. 6.Rivers 5.Langdon 4. Windsor 3.Mcvee 2. Nibbler 1. JVR
  19. Tragedy in WA today, car accident involving 3 South Fremantle Colts players. 1 sadly died at the scene
  20. Not having a grasp on selection, he doesn’t have a grasp on modern footy
  21. I used to think West Coast had the dumbest supporter base but the last few months show me we go alright PF Podium position what a Dil
  22. Showing your ignorance and lack of game sense again in one post move along
  23. Quite a few of you on here need to eat humble pie and maybe back the FD. Theyre there for a reason
  24. I’m at a family function, radio saying Rivers has done a shoulder any truth?
  25. Do Essendon know how we are going into this game? Are we keeping them guessing, will they make a late change and bring Fullerton in? They haven't selected both Goldstein and Draper to absolutely work Fullerton over if he was to play Are we hedging our bets pending weather? There's many potential reasons for the selection, which I am sure you are aware of
