Spargo has always shown ‘footy smarts’ and is only a few years in. I’m really pleased he’s progressing and obviously with time building the body, tank and confidence to take the game on more he’s really starting to blossom. IIRC they said he essentially drifted down the order due to a leg injury otherwise he would’ve gone higher. Let’s hope it all translates to the season proper and he can bob up with a couple of goals each game.
