  1. If neeld is retained, I would officially declare that MFC supporters are the most gullible supporters in Australia. The saying is true, there are leaders, and there are sheep. Way too many sheep on this thread. All is good, an avg of 12 goal losses should be expected. Give me a spell. Unbelievable!
  2. In 2011 when we won 8,1/2 games, we did not have miller or j.Mac. Neeld chose to not persue moloney or rivers nor keep green for another year. He selected the most inexperienced captains in history. In the meantime, neeld picked up rodan and burns, and recruited Dawes, Clarke, seller, gillies, pederson, m.jones and terlich who are all mature recruits. Using a lack of experience as an excuse to justify how pathetic we are is like pissing in the wind.
  3. A good coach is able to motivate his charges and instill a winning spirit, aswell as creating a strong gameplan and hard nosed approach. Neeld is unable to do that, and even worse, he dosnt believe in it. His philosophy is flawed, and as a result, he is doomed to failure. Don't take my word for it, just watch us play. Limp and lifeless. We need a priest to bless our souls. We are spiritually dead.
  4. I would love a big crowd down at the paddock to support the boys and give strength and spirit to the new caretaker coach. Time to let the boys go out and play footy, without the shackles and with some renewed spirit. The new beginning, starts soon. Giddyup!!!
  5. I forgot to mention the mfc are big excuse makers. Making excuses is the easiest way to defer accountability and responsibility. Excuses like; Experience Fitness base New game plan Players Lack of leadership Culture In regard to these excuses, how do you explain that Bailey won 8 and a half games with a lesser player list, less experience, less of a game plan, a worse culture, less coaching staff and supposedly a horrid fitness base. It defies logic. But I'm sure there will be an elaborate excuse to explain this. Always is.
  6. By keeping neeld we prove to the world the following about MFC supporters; We are patient Optimistic Easily led Easily fooled Inflexible Stubborn Arrogant Delusional Irrational Failures For me neelds lack of 'quality traits' was clearly evident after 5 rounds into 2012. Unfortunately, he is supported by members that have the character traits that I have outlined above. How people can accept our current situation and preach for unity and maintaining the status quo, is truly incomprehensible to me. Let's start to call a spade a spade. Neelds got to go, so does the board and president. We need new leadership, and I'm not talkin players.
  7. Seriously worth looking at if interested. There are about 400000 Chinese people in Melbourne, it would be fantastic to open our game and club to the Chinese community. Herron past the Chinese factor, he is a successful busines man, a fighting spirit, tough as nails and dosnt know much about footy so he wouldn't interfere in the football department. Surround by a board with football pedigree, he is definetly worth considering.
  8. Pennant st dee, your opinions have also proven to be failures.Jurrah, if managed correctly, would be the biggest star in the land right now.
  9. Titan ur anus, your thinking needs to get sacked along with neeld. It is a proven failure. You will find the next trend in football will be high skilled, high spirited, simple direct football which is turbo charged with emotion, spirit and the desire to win. Players will once again be allowed to have a beer after the game, as long as they play good consistent footy. The club that can grasp this concept will entice the most talented footballers in the country, who realize the simple philosophy, work hard, play hard. The role for robots will be dead, and freaks like Carey, ablett, Jakovich, cousins, dermie and co will reign supreme. Alpha males strutting there stuff on the country's biggest stage, daring the world to fcuk with them. Ps, don't psychological test these blokes, cause they wouldn't get a game. Work ethic comes with desire, you just gotta let the players be free to express their desire to win. Sheedy summed it up best, "too much analysis leads to paralysis" We are paralyzed.
  10. Not to mention getting rid of moloney, rivers, petered and not fighting hard enough for wona and Jurrah. He broke our spirit by coaching against instinct, teaching our layers to second guess themselves, disregarding our deadly attacking game under Bailey, basically telling us all we are a b-grade club with b-grade players and a b-grade culture. As a result, he bred b-grade results and no-one respects him. Yet he wouldn't change a thing. What a [censored]!
  11. If he can play afl, get him, derrrrr. Actually, before we draft him, let's give him a psychological examination so we can find a reason not to draft him. My god, can we just be a footy club again and draft blokes who are good footballers. Fmd
  12. Garry Lyon did NOT say he approached Clarkson. He only suggested he might of approached him. Could not give a yes or no answer. He did not approach Leigh Matthews. He did not make a play for Malthouse. He did not speak directly to Ross Lyon. He quickly appointed Neeld, because Neeld was the polar opposite of his failed appointment of Bailey. Garry Lyon has plenty to answer for, and it seems he has gagged his panel members on Footy Classified from asking him the big questions like' "Do you feel responsible for setting the MFC back a decade by trying to pick a diamond in the rough instead of a proven premiership coach"?
  13. Go home to go to war. The fact is, we had and loved Wona and Jurrah, now we do not have Wona and Jurrah. Remember how Farmer wanted to stay home, We managed to get him back.
  14. Any man willing to risk his life and invade another country because gwbush and lapdog Howard say so, are in fact brain dead robots. And yes, I do know a bit about indigenous communities, a Nd know that those people need to be treated a little bit differently, with a bit more care and understanding. They do not have a strong work ethic. It's a gradual adjustment
  15. If neeld even bothered to look at our past, he would have realized how important Jurrah and wonamirri were to the spirit of this club. He should of had the empathy and courage to support them thru some serious challenges in their life. It's seems that he made those 2 special indigenous boys feel like pieces of cattle to be disposed of if they don't step into line. I didn't support the hiring of Bailey, but at least the club was enjoyable to support during his tenure. Neeld has turned it into a north Korean army march. Those players I mentioned earlier, were the reason why kids follow the demons. You need those blokes to create the spark which ignites the spirit. It was enough to make respectable football professionals to claim we had the players to make the next super team. Look at us now, unbelievable. Unrecognizable. Miserable.
  16. Good form, ha, what's that again? 5 wins in a season and a half. Only 1 against a Victorian club. Thank god my son is too young to comprehend this. And to quote the great man, "I wouldn't change a single thing" Thanks neeld, you have the I.Q of a mental pigmie. Please pj, for the love of god, get rid of this arrogant, senseless spirit breaker. This is not the army, we don't want stupid robots. And that's exactly what he has given us, stupid robots. Where the hell are spirit players; Moloney Green Rivers Wonamirri Jurrah Martin Petered Nup, not enough space for those blokes.
  17. Some people just don't tolerate incompetence. Supporting incompetence prolongs the pain. I am pushing regime change to make the club I love strong once again. Not too hard to understand is it, Nasher. Change from the top is what we require.
  18. I will not attend games while Neeld is at the helm. I know where, and where not to invest my energy and emotions. It would be good to see a poll of how many supporters will not attend games while Neeld is at the helm. I reckon about 40% of members would refuse to attend games to watch this current team and regime. Maybe higher. Although its good that Neeld thinks everything is going exactly to plan. FMD the guy is a [censored].
  19. Neelds lack of emotion makes me sick. He is too clinical for a gladiatorial sport like afl. Really, his presser makes me want to puke. And to think he says thingsare going to plan and he wouldn't change a thing. Talk about pissing down our throats and telling us its raining. He is a arrogant disgrace and is spitting in the face of every MFC supporter. What a joke!
  20. I've been waiting for this announcement since round 5, 2012. The Bailey, neeld appointments would have to go down as the biggest blunders in decision making in my lifetime of following MFC. Here's hoping the announcement comes sooner rather than later. Fingers crossed.
