  1. If the players respect neeld, we should win. And vice versa.
  2. No shite Sherlock. Wastes money Wastes time Wastes draft picks A wasted decade. How many tens of thousands of potential supporters have we lost? I've got my money on revolution, no more money for this board.
  3. So there are 2 strains of thought; 1. Keep the status quo Or 2. MFC revolution Where's rangerover when you need him. I'd love a poll. I think the adminstrators made it tonatopia proof. ;-)
  4. If i knew, Id be president. But it dosnt take a brain surgeon to realize that we shouldnt have given an inexperienced coach and inexperienced captains the responsibility of building a new club culture. The odds were stacked against us before we had even begun. you think they would have learnt after the first big mistake with Bailey.
  5. What happens if they say they want to play for MFC, but not under Neeld. Now we are getting closer to the mark.
  6. Cmon bing. When the president says things will remain the same even tho we are getting humiliated, it raises some rebellious angst in passionate and loyal lifelong supporters. haves brainstrust have routinely demonstrated their lack of judgement when appointing key figures to run our club. Do I have to re-hash gleing examples of poor judgement. The results of which can be seen each time the demons take the field. You say I am contributing to the de-stabilization of the club, I say I am actively trying to instigate a regime change, politically and in the fd. Sorry I can't sit down and quietly accept this crap, with the unity message being peddled so strong. Who are we united behind? Who is our leader? I can't find one bing, except the viney clan, certain hard-core players and maybe Craig. The rest are failures and need to be replaced.
  7. 2007 Division 1 premiership player, thankyouverymuch.
  8. The players don't give stuff because they don't respect the coach. It's not hard to see why.
  9. No jumbo, our club won't be dissolved, it will be reborn, with a competent board and the right coach. At the moment, everything is stuffed. We need top down change, starting with a new president and board, then go thru the football department and then the players.
  10. Do you think Roos has even been approached. He wrote a good article on sat about what he would do if he was coaching the demons. Basically said that the game needs to be stripped back to accountable one on one footy. I reckon if he is given the space, he would relish the challenge of taking the MFC to the top. But then again, our current Admin put neeld on a 3 year contract, I hope there is a performance clause. Stupid stupid board.
  11. You don't get it jumbo, I'm not even talking about players. I'm talking about the people that appoint the people that select the players. The people who appoint the coaches. The people who decide to play in Darwin. The people who decide tO lose on purpose, the people who buried the findings of the Andrews report, the people who decide to wear white jumpers and the people who think our fragile club can be gambled with by letting an unproven inexperienced coach given a blank cheque to create a new culture and finally the people who Pisa in the face of loyal club champions and subsequently loyal supporters. I'm talking about a top down cleanout.
  12. Rubbish, our colors are red and blue, not white. I find it insulting.
  13. Jumbo, what a load of rubbish. Let's blame petered and Gysberts and moloney for all our problems. Jumbo, you have no idea about the importance of top end leadership. It filters down. Your mentality is sadly reflected by many of our supporters who think change starts at the bottom. This is the easiest form of scapegoating. With the sacking of schwab, things are heating up. It's just the beginning.
  14. It's a joke that we succumb and change our jumper to white, red and blue . White jumpers, what a farce. Good on ya hawks. Stick it to the man, stay traditional.
  15. How do supporters accept this? I just don't understand? I'm starting to think our poor culture stems from our apathetic supporter base. Our avg losing margin this year is over 100 points all at our home ground, with almost a full list and a so called fantastic preseason. We must change the leadership of the club. No positions are safe. All members in a position of authority are not safe. The question is, who or what are gonna remove these people from power. If we lose to gws at home, mclardy and neeld should resign and the club should continue the healthy process of replacing the incompetent with the competent. It should start at the top. It should happen even if we beat gws. I've seen enough errors of judgement to last me a lifetime. We need a new start. And it starts at the top.
  16. Yeh, thatll do it. More pea-hearted mercenaries. If we lose to gws, there will be a massive cleanout, and I'm not talking about players
  17. Another example of when a demonland poll gets it wrong.
  18. Bailey had a planGardner had a plan Schwab had a plan Dosnt mean anything when you get thumped week in week out. Maybe they gotta scrap their plans and understand the here and now. We are a laughing stock.
  19. If you want to identify the root of the problem, try looking at the peole who are running the club. They have turned us into a basket case, but urge us all to remain united and stay the course. If it wasn't so serious it would be funny. MFC, the blind leading the blind.
  20. It already is Tony. The problem is the stupid sheep that support this club giving strength to incompetent administration that pick or authorize the recruitment of sub-standard football department including untried rookie coaches. The depth of stupidity at this club astounds me. It is not obvious, rather mild mental retardation. Instead of fixing an obvious problem, like neeld, and previously prendergast and previously Cameron and currentl connolly and mclardy, we'd rather keep the status quo, in a delusional hope that things will eventually come good. Well, they won't. If you ain't got it, you ain't got it. Just like miller who we persisted with for about 10 bloddy years and then put him in our leadership group as our final desperate hope. Fmd. I wish I had the presence to grab this club by the throat and give it an almighty slap to the face and say, WAKE UP. You have crippled us, yet you still hold power. What are you doing, hypnotizing the delusional supporters that follow you. Are you out of your minds. Bailey over sheedy. Neeld over everyone else. We are getting poleaxed. People laugh at us, now they give us sympathy. The afl treat us as a charity case and it is getting worse and worse. And people say, let's stay the course. Incredible. Honestly, it feels like the crazy days when George w bush was continuing the world, then he got re-elected. At that point, I lost faith in people. It is the same with MFC members, I have lost faith. You are morons. Looks like the intelligent few are going to have to take control of the situation. I'm 35, I wish I had the time and money, I think I am 10 years away. But for heavens sake, can someone with a bit of time and stature please stand up and rid us of the cancer that is the MFC elite. Did you not see the last 3 weeks? Unprecedented in our history. It's a friggin joke!
  21. It's the boards decision. If they don't have the courage or nous to sack neeld, we should overthrow them.
  22. Sad isn't it. I am so desperate for change that I would be happy if we lost along as it means the removal of neeld and mclardy. We need change desperately.
  23. I'm of the view that the players need to start enjoying their footy again. The season looks like a write off anyway. Put in Craig as an interim coach, and give him orders to get the boys to back their instincts. At least it would be entertaining. And work hard at signing Roos.
