No argument from me Deever. Watching from the bleeches can often dent your perspective of what has actually happened especially when you're down one of the field and can't see properly until the change of ends. Even then i wonder if i see things as well as i used to! They were both very serviceable albeit some ugly foot passes from Tmac may have put a dent in some of his run & carry efforts. The effort was def there from both though.

I'll take your word on that Samael. Can only hope they were completely off page on Saturday. At the same time the track was very unforgiving but it was the same for both sides.

You should try our transport Nash. No car parking a the G and all lines out my way on rail replacement. Shld be scoffing a pint with Bro at Elephant & Barrow but Instead Im on a bus. In London I cld get from one side of city to other In 30 min tops! Way to go Melb!

The best clearance team in the AFL vs the worst. They still spread a tad better than us and work their bums off (as the Pies always do) to protect their mates and pressure/intercept. The Pies are ranked 6th in one percenters and we are last. If we cover their outlets and work our bums off as much or more than them in general play with tackle pressure and one percenters (blocking/shepards/spoils/chop outs), transition off HB cleanly and put some half decent forward pressure on we should win by 6 to 8 goals. We are set up to win and win well but as we know much of these matches are played above the shoulders. Let's hope we bring an intense A game across the park. Fingers crossed

Jnr if putting our own reserves team up helps our boys to align better with the style/method and basic "team" parameters we are trying to instill at senior level, and it happens to help put us one step closer to some silverware in a shorter time frame, I think it would build a much bigger supporter base than simply being aligned with a small cog (Scorps) within the Casey growth region.
