I've been on Ology since 2002 - 11 years of my life. Lots of infighting but also friends made from there in real life & lots of commiserating and celebrating over the Dees. I live in a tiny town in outback WA, so Ology has been a lifeline to fellow Dees for me. I'm really sad. Demonland is great and will be my new home, but can we lose the sniping for a little while to let us mourn.

I am a FH and am certainly not a high end supporter. It took me a year to pay the FH contributions - I have a run of the mill salary. I just realised that sounds very self-important and stuck up - it wasn't meant to be. Just trying to make the point that not all FH are high flying corporates or blue bloods spending Daddy's money. Lots of us ARE run of the mill grass roots members.

Robbo has just donated to become a Foundation Hero himself. Whether he is right or wrong in his beliefs I don't know - but I do think he genuinely believes in what he is saying

You will have a ball! I'm going again this year too. Just rock up at ground for tickets, you'll get in fine. An excellent stadium for viewing and atmosphere. Tip: the beer they serve in cans is so cold you will want to bring a stubby holder There are seating and standing areas. Reserved seating ticket gets you a seat. It is easy to get everywhere in Darwin, including the ground. Plenty of buses or catch a taxi.
