  1. So why did Goodes get named Australian of the Year again? Was it because he actually did something worthy of the honour or that he was just a prominent aboriginal at the time? He first got boo'd for his cheap shots on the field that the AFL often let him off for. Then he won AOTY and instead of using the honour to unite he chose to use the platform to deliver divisive anti australian rhetoric during some of his speeches. This made many of the population who couldn't care less what colour you are didn't like the direction he took which is when the booing ramped up. He then thought it a bright idea to run brandishing an imaginary spear at a small pocket of Carlton supporters at the SCG on prime time TV which is when all hell broke loose. And he wonders why. Now as they tend to do these days, all the holier than thou virtue signallers are out in force squealing racists.
  2. Of course he's abit of a [censored]. Tackled with his knees and like Ablett bumping with his elbows it was just a poor technique.
  3. Right wing? It's the snowflake Lefties who demand every-one thinks like they do. And just watch the tantrums when people don't. Funny stuff from those Holier than thou. Both of you sit on the same wing and should hold hands.
  4. 100 kilos shoved him fair square in the back. An umpiring howler.
  5. Same. But after what we've put up with for 50+ years. I want a few.
  6. No he can't. Couldn't get his own side firing consistently. They also lost his last game as coach in the last minute.
  7. Could use him at Wahgunyah.
  8. Fast forward to any game we lead, any side, any coach at 3/4 time. "Keep the pressure on and they'll forken fold. You know they will."
  9. Taken you a long time to come to that conclusion. Been mentally weak as long as I remember.
  10. I don't get worked up anymore. Wrote us off after rd5 so whatever happens doesn't really matter. Lets just not get anymore major injuries for the year.
  11. Cause we lack anyone with real skill.
  12. Lol ..... He's competing against Max Gawn.
  13. Lets not forget Jeffys kicked 3.2 tonight. Which is why he gets a game.
  14. I'd like to think the AFL would stop selling alcohol at the footy before they separate supporters. But you can Bet ya beer money they'd choose the latter.
  15. Cause GWS were.
  16. And a defib.
  17. I always knew Goodwin was a poor decision maker. Gambling, peptides and taking the Melbourne coaching position. Clarkson wouldn't touch us with a ten foot pole.
  18. And what would you like to hear that we haven't heard before?
  19. This is the rub for me. The "Chaos ball" Hail Mary game plan is garbage. Our issues have been there for all to see over the previous 2 seasons and nothing has been done to rectify the problems. And we jumped the gun and hobbled ourselves for 4 years. Sheesh.
  20. Clearly an embarrassing nut. Wouldn't touch him.
  21. To be fair I thought I knew our team well enough that we were well and truly done when Gold Coast goaled with a minute to play last week.
  22. For an example. I feel once David Nietz retired Aaron Davey suffered as he was subjected to aggressive taggers near every week with zero support from his teammates. When he was running around under the wings of big Neita he could walk that bit taller and play with more freedom. Brad Miller tried to fill the roll but was was quickly tamed by a few visits to the tribuneral.
  23. What I found to be a fascinating doco on the "Enforcers" playing Ice Hockey who are there purely to protect their teammates. And yes I realise that this would never fly these days in the AFL but it explained a little why it's part of their game. Doesn't change the fact I'd still like to see a little more intimidation from our side. We've been beaten up for as long as I remember.
  24. Over and over again it seems.
  25. You know. More often than I like to admit. I hate Melbourne.
