Sorry to upset you Dangerfield is half Judd half Chuck Norris, feeling better now? I actually said he can play, just isnt a "Game breaker" and in my opinion effect games often enough, He has speed, and goes reasonable hard ta the ball, but 17 possessions a game from a soon to be 22 year old doesnt seem enough from a player who people such as yourself laud all the time
-
It was, but i was also showing that thats the amount of credibility your friends have and how simple it is to make that crap up
-
Disagree, he is a vanilla midfielder who averages less than 17 disposals per game, and looks flashy at times, In saying this he has potential and i would take him at the right price, no more than a mid first rounder, nothing lower than 10
-
I heard that Michael Hurley is moving to GWS for alot of money.... Cant reveal my source but yeah James Hird doesnt feel like he needs his best player anymore, So guess its happening
-
Has...joined us big MFC win
-
This is a very good appointment for the MFC, Craig is super experienced, as so many wanted after yesterday, and has specialties in fitness Also a big win when 4-6 other clubs were after him

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JACK VINEY

Although i am very much in the RR corner when it comes to recruiting RF, in that i want the best player regardless of how they are now blah blah, i do really like how much you play people with the ready made lines, seems to always catch someone, wish i had this type of bait when i went fishing this arvo -
I think you hit it on the head Kento, And this is basically what i am hoping and every other supporter hear is hoping, and that is more than anything that Mark Neeld can bring a solid structure, gameplan and mentality to our football club, because this is what we have lacked for so long. This would make the Buckleys/bartrams ect on our list look far better than they currently do, and in effect reduce or remove the gaps in our list

My only query
-
Is my sarcasm detector off or are you serious mate?
-
6 votes for the young grunt merchant, pretty happy dont think anyone would have suggested he would have done this well, even myself and the 3rd best Dee, congrats
-
Is hard though, he obviously gets some more protection against the weaker teams, might have gone close if we were 3 years more developed
-
Congrats on 19 Votes a really good return considering our year, and tops off a Bluey as well
-
Some people will argue that if we can get good delivery into the forward line you dont need a moster forward is more the point, rather than simply because its Dawes
-
I really dont see the attraction with Dangerfield, i would take him for one of our first rounders but no more..... dont think he offers alot, dowsnt get enough of the pill and is at the same stage in his career as Morton, Boak and Gaff moreso but Boak just re-signed with the Power i believe, and Gaff is only 1 year in so i think it is more of a dream tbh I am warming to the idea of a Sewell type for 4 years, if he only cost 1 first rounder, would add some size, experience and leadership to our midfield Dawes would be nice and if Neeld wants him he would have value imo, he would know, but i think 2 great experienced users of teh ball could really lift our team, and make alot of our medium forwards seem better than last year so it a hard call imo
-
This would be Collingwoods asking price, you always start high and lower it, Bate might be more appropriate than Petterd imo, with the first rounder, as said Neeld will know Dawes capabilities and if he goes for him he will be worth it, also Dawes would be walking so he can nominate a club and Collingwood can turn up or get nothing

Congratulations to Jordie McKenzie

http://video.heralds...rea=videoindex2 And its Sam Edmund.....knows nothings -
Yeah that accord to me while falling asleep last night, but im just saying how it was, he obviously has some deficiencies holding him back, maybe this development coach wanted to and got out voted????
-
Great, maybe Matty will hold some actual value in the current market, Hawthorn did trade a late first rounder for Hale, not that i expect this for MW
-
If Brad has 4 yeara or even 5 left in him he would be amazing, his brother who i went to school with was ALWAYS touted as the better player, or best "Sewell" his other brother plays at a very high standard for what is the BFL grade... yeah but he was always the "best"Sewell, this coming from Chris Maple, once high school and TAC cup coach now Western bulldogs development coach for 2 years now The BIG question over Myles is his Improvement, he is a JJ Liston trophy winner and best on ground in last years VFL grand final, has talent and a known VFL accumulator, can he improve or is he similar to Shane Valenti, yes he has won 2 JJ Listons but Paul Johnston one this Trophy His deficiencies are meant to be disposal and speed, his "football brain" is meant to be spot on....maybe someone who will turn into a Mitchell Type... who knows, i would rate him far higher than macnamara for starters

Congratulations to Jordie McKenzie

What a man, does the sort of thing you want players to do, if he can improve his disposal and decision making will become a real weapon. and its true, heart and soul can see it in the way he plays, obvious i love this bloke -
If true, this is disgraceful by Bailey, also though if your out of the team for so long, i would be asking what is up and expecting an answer
-
Lynch and Stanley both play for the Saints also, Lynch at the suns is worth a top pick not Warnock lol
-
Definitely what i was thinking
-
Im sure you would have a list of atleast 4 or only 4 really and just tick names off the list in order
