Direct debit is a great option and what ot me onboard when i was a student mate, i think a GA direct debit is about 15-20 bucks a month or 5 bucks a week which is pretty duable.

I think the "Market in NZ" is a whole lot bigger than you makeo ut, it is 4 Million infact especially if it isa game or 2 a year i bet the average sporting nut will turn out plus those with an ex pat or genuine interest. I am a student at present but will aim to go to as many away games as i can over the journey, done perth, but would be dead keen on Tassie or NZ before Darwin, And think the market is much bigger, hence North going to Tassie now

I think the Key to this is, that the Queensland and South Australian contribution with extra teams to the broadcats rights is worth far more than 3-4 million a year And sydney for that matter

must have been one of the worst options picked when playing games away, would have been because they threw the $$$$ up after Carrara stopped it, but you would think NZ and Tassie are a much bigger market from a MFC perspective, even for us VIC's to attend these away matches.

We can always turn a profit if you have followed many of teh arguements Rhino, We spent 1.5M more in the FD this year, the 700K helped but if you spend less we could post big numbers we dont we spend, take what we get and post 70K to look neat

I dont know, but assume it would tbh, but they would also have factored to have raised this amount and planed to spend it also. Its good that we made a profit but it depends on how much total turnover ect increases ect, all it means it that we predicted what we would earn and spent a very similar amount to that throughout the year, As long as total spending goes up every year by a few Million i will be happy if we go close to turning a profit

I think the really early gauge is hard to judge now due to the "first and forever" direct debit campaign..... It wasnt around in 2009, and even if alot of the same people sign up early i still think it will be inflated. Is smart though guarantees us 20K members for the year and gets the cash flow in order

I think people are unwilling to see his improvement, he isnt not the spencil from 3-4 years, he has bulked up for a start and can ruck very well, to well for VFL level and will be coming into his prime soon,which is good for us, he isnt amazing or anything but i can see him doing something or being useful in Jamar is injured ect

This is societies problem, not and AFL issue, No reason in my opinion that AFL players should be held any more accountable than the rest of us, in relation to losing our jobs due to using which many people do and get away with. I think it is a club issue, in that players obvioulsy arnt fully committed but that is a different story imo
