Finals Tickets
Or alternatively recontact them for another 3 years as the MCC has recently done (despite a long history of this very issue occurring)

Changes v Geelong - Elimination Final
Wasn't sure where to put this but i 'd thought the changes for the cats game was as good a place as any, given it involves a change and finals. A change of avatar due to a losing bet on us making finals. Dr D. I gave your new avatar much thought and landed on this as i think there are some parallels with your good self. He was very negative, struggled communicating a positive message (that pre match 'pep talk'- uggh), did not think we would make finals (well, ensured we couldn't), his contribution to the club is questionable, he had his detractors and it would be fair to say was not universally loved Yet still it can't be argued he had a connection to the club and some interest in it. So paging Dr D here is your new avatar (note; please ensure if needing to crop the picture below you get Mark's whole face):

Finals Tickets
Beggars belief. And apparently they have just had their contract with the MCG extended. Just checked their website. Not a single word of apology. This is what is written (which is not on their landing page - you have to click through to the game to see it): Today's on sale is on hold. More Info to come shortly. Thank you for your patience.

Max Gawn wins AFL Coaches Association Champion Award
Listed to Maxy on RSN this morning on their Inner sanctum segment (great interview btw - long - and well worth a lsiten). Maxy was asked about the reason for the jumper and someone said how good it looked. He explained it was for the 160 year anniversary and yes it looked great. But his was too big. As was weeds - who Maxy said (jokingly) was spewing because he has worked hard in the gym and looked tiny in the jumper. By the by the RSN breakfast show is much better than SEN's i reckon. Relaxed, more low key and actually usually very informative.

Max Gawn wins AFL Coaches Association Champion Award
Yes I was having kittens worrying he might do a hammy. I'd have put him on ice halfway through the third. In all seriousness has there ever been one player more important to our chances of winning a flag?

Post Match Discussion - Round 23
Agree. A simple fix, to what is becoming a real issue - GWS did it almost every time yesterday (we proably did too, but i didn't notice, strangely enough). The 50 metre penalty was introduced to stop exactly this issue. Blatant and owis verty effective at stopping player splaying on. So they don't play this 50 but play the stupid exclusion zone, which rarely actually impedes a player from playing on. Crazy.

Post Match Discussion - Round 23
Was brilliant wasn't it. Had to laugh though - watched the replay and the commentators did not mention his name when they replayed the goal. All over Lewis and Melksham 'needle in a hay stack!'). Like he didn't exist. Seems to happen a bit. i'm convinced something about the the way he plays, perhaps because he is slow and looks a bit like a stoner, means commentators think all his fantastic work is happenstance. Just watched his AFL stats pro involvements and his kicking was fantastic. Very attacking and involved in a number of scoring chains. His kick to Gawn in the third was another pearler.

Key tactical issues v Geelong
Hibberd is big in and i like him coming in as third man (except when he hits down Cogniglio's throat!). I like Maxy pushing forard also but he has been damaging dropping back into the hole and so a bit of both for mine

- A Day at the Races
I was close to choosing avilus too. But it was too short. Same with grunt. I was close to choosing paret as best but even though i backed it hesitated. Class will out. In hinsight best was theanswermyfriend. Backed ir but really was too short- A Day at the Races
Sorry fellas on best bet. Wrong choice. Obviously. Cant use my home computer atm as renovating office. So trying to do stuff on phone. Got track bias right. Summer sham wrong. Note to self best bets should always be good horses. Actually had a fantastic day, with 7 winners. Three at mv.- A Day at the Races
Sorry summer sham is race 5 no 4 at mv. Currently 3.10 on fixed odds- A Day at the Races
Whoa what a trecherous day. Struggling to find a best bet. Rosehill super tricky with 3vyear olds coming back and soft with rain to come. Playing the valley as leaders track. Best bet a quirky one. Summer sham a place. Will get out in front and be very hard to get past.- Chris Judd thinks we celebrated too hard.
For celebrating I'd prefer it distilled - 2018 All-Australian Thread
