  1. I will be fascinated to see how he fares (presumably) the next 3 weeks against finalists and contenders. Very pleased with what he did in his debut for us. It will also be interesting to see which role he fits into going forward b
  2. Very impressive start for us. Plays taller than he looks and as mentioned above his smarts in kicking to the hot spot was an example many of his colleagues should follow.
  3. 6 Viney 5 Max 4 Frittata 3 Rivers 2 Oliver 1 Petracca
  4. Another bloody bye in this disgrace of a support competition. Of course AFL HQ only care about $$$ not about player development.
  5. Just back from dinner : how good to see Colonwood being done at the G. Brisbane Adelaide GF would be interesting.
  6. Cully, who I now see is sometimes referred to as JC (another saviour?), is dpong well What role is he playing? Wing? HF? Mid?
  7. Totally random, like 50 metre penalties, high tackles, holding.
  8. Watching TV it is hard to get an overall feel for the game. Not nearly enough wide view shots. Where / what role is Culley playing? 13 seconds to go - BANG, BANG, ???? Certainly given us a spark
  9. OMG - 44 points up. Need trauma counselling.
  10. That one didn't work but generally he is pretty good at marking.
  11. As I said before, down to below putrid standard umpiring
  12. Probably a safer bet for Tracc to handball it rather than kick it. Langford a fantastic pick up.
  13. Umpiring (both ways) down to its usual putrid standard.
  14. Petty to defence, Turner forward could only be an improvement. Nice mark and goal Culley: great pass from Melksham.
  15. A shorter "la" word would better describe it - lazy
  16. Yet again gone to sleep. And still can't kick straight under pressure What's the betting that bastard Christian will say Rivers should have seen Ryan coming - 3 weeks 😡
  17. so was Sunday’s last quarter “performance” if you could call it that, due to over training or under training? To whom is the no mercy directed? The players, the opposition? The MRO 😠? Certainly there has been no mercy for the members.
  18. Surely it won’t - he will have a say but no right of veto.
  19. So, no 6-6-6 set ups, nor manning up the most dangerous opposition player at a final ball up? They would appear to me to be important learnings, but then of course I am not the coach so what would I know?
  20. Maybe Christian once again threatened to resign - sadly he didn’t. Surely it is well past time to review the appointment - his bias towards his club is once again bleeding obvious. The AFL would confirm rumours of corruption if he is not replaced.
  21. Learn how to start a game Learn to kick goals Learn to crush opponents Learn to seal close games There - my application to take over the coaching job. Will accept $300,000 one year contract Sadly, the entire team on and off field, Max included, just panicked under pressure.
  22. Probably, though can it be worse than the current swill of human intelligence ru(i)nning our club?
  23. Surely more mental than physical. How can that be rectified ?
  24. ¾ time yesterday “sorry you can’t be here to witness this great victory “
  25. One thing that really p’d me off in his press conference was him harping on about close game scenarios - this was anything but a close game at ¾ time yet he couldn’t didn’t explain why the wheels fell off to make it a close game. Will we ever be able to trust this mob again under the same management on and off field? I can’t.
