Jetta's head pulled off. Pathetic umpiring.

Tracca - first of 6??

Need a bit more poise into F50

Awful first few minutes But what a rubbish “below knees” against Jones who was down getting the ball when the opp tripped over him. ????
-
And I am hoping it will be in two weeks time.

Handpass in the backline!! OMG. Surprised that Norm didn't drop Barassi for the next game. :-) (Like he was said to have been "furious" at Froggy for venturing too far out of position to kick that winning goal a few weeks later) :-) -

FFS I absolutely hate these posts suggesting that no O'Meara means that we will be in for an easy time: they will replace him with someone else, and we must just focus on beating all who they put up against us. This is really dangerous and I hope that none of our playing group think this way -
What a load the poor guy has endured. And what credit to him for coming literally back better than ever - attests to his character and dedication. It sounds as if Jesse's support has also bee pivotal. Great work. to you all.

Based purely on his playing record he would appear to be a definite delist. BUT Nev seems to have taken him under his wing hoping that, like Nev himself, a failed small forward can become a top small defender. It sounds as if he is a work in progress in the role, so if there is no pressing need for list places, given our draft numbers, and if the footy department genuinely feel that he could have a resurrection like the once delisted Nev had, then will probably be retained in some capacity.

Great credit to Pedo who has played his role whenever asked - not the best player on the list by any means, but still a vital cog in the overall scheme of things. If he wants to go on, he would be worth another year on the Casey list, at least. (As an aside, was Jeffy there on Friday night?) Amazing what a tight knit group we have now. There don't seem to be any 'outsiders' nor any who don't buy in to the ultimate goal. After many dark decades a bright light beckons. GO DEMONS!!! -
Water under the bridge, and not even The Bridge, but some crappy little bridge out Paramatta way. Anyway, unaccountable and injury prone.

I don’t know if this has been on here before...

Fantastic and passionate work by those who compiled both those clips. Thanks so much. -
I am sure some Cat fans would claim that he pulled Dunderfield's arm before taking the mark. I must say I didn't look at Duckwood or Hawkins at the time but I am sure they would have felt hard done by for not getting the free. And of course had the game been at Kardinia Park they probably would have.

Are you suggesting that he did pick up something from Mark Neeld? Could we have the best #4 since John Lord, the last player to wear the number in a MFC Premiership team?
-
..... or drown in it ? Perhaps we haven’t been told the truth about that. Maybe the reigning runners up outbid or outmuscled us for the camp? ? (thanks Tex)

“ ......Neal-Bullen is rated ‘elite’ for pressure, as is tall forward Tom McDonald, with first-year small forward Charlie Spargo ‘above average.’ ....” Anyone seriously feel that Garrett will replace Spartacus?
-
If he even entered the doors I would give Max a big pizza, a few beers, then a dose of ipecac and get him to aim straight again.
-
No. Surely he would find it far more exciting to play the Ross Lyon game style at Freo. ??? It is fantastic to have four mobile talls who are really good even when the ball hits the ground. Gives us so many options. Any of Weed, TomMcD and Jesse could play deep forward, KPP forward (or back) or flank or wing. Such versatility.
-
Not so sure - the "biased cheating pr1ck" has after all been selected to do us over in this big game.
-
There must be data available, though no doubt the AFL have hidden it deeply somewhere, on the number of frees by umpire for and against each team. Absolutely no doubt that Nicholls gives more to the Hawks than most, and fewer against them, and fewer to the Dees and more against than any other umpire. Seriously we will need to be a five goal better than Hawks team on Friday to have any hope at all. Thanks Gillon.

Dwarf tossing? I thought that it was dwarf burning, or is that a St.Kilda exclusive? Nev is just an amazing person and club man. Well done to keep this up even during his finals. Hope it is enough to get Dion one more year on his contract. Who knows what New can inspire him to achieve. After all, he himself was delisted and rookied under Roos. f) Jack Watts ?? -

ALERT!! Showers only, and remove the plugs! -
Hopefully McCartney can work on these issues. All very well to run fast: not sure he thinks as fast as he runs. Good coaching may round him off.

Well that is good news: heard that Hogan is a nice guy who doesn’t eye gouge or chicken wing.
