Jefferson is probably at least one full year behind JVR, who I hope will play more games at MFC than Casey 2023. By 2024 hopefully he will be ready to start to slot in to BBB’s slot, who will surely be ready for pasture by then.

So some poor bugger like Bedford 2022 will sit on the bench for most of a game without getting a chance perhaps until the dying minutes, but will also miss out on his VFL opportunity to improve/ impress (unless of course Casey has yet another bye).
