What about the tackle on Ling? Had one arm pinned and landed awkwardly. Immediately subbed. Was there a "duty of care" shown? All we (the fans) ask for is consistency. For the MRP to not penalise such nothing incidents in the first place as well. But consistency please!!

Seen as though Trengrove was screwed royally on a weak technicality, one could argue that Ricky's tweet "Bullsh*t" wasn't technicly aimed at anyone/anything in particular. Made no mention of Trengrove or the MRP.

That moment in the 3rd quarter near the members wing, he turned 3 or 4 crows players inside out then hit a teammate on the chest... Simply sublime bit of play. Only thing preventing him from being classed in that 'elite' category is consistency.

Blease has looked very ordinary. Has great acceleration and runs through the lines, but his disposal is woeful.

Would love to see Watts get sent back to Casey and kick a few bags of 4 - 6. Boost his confidence a bit. I've never been a fan of Juice, but considering where we are as a club we really don't have anything to lose, and if he's in form, albeit VFL form, he deserves a run in the seniors.

The way he read the ball in the air was deffinately a return to form. My only main criticism of his game, was that he went to ground far too often. Gotta keep your feet and stay in the contest.

The Dunn incident was the first thing I thought about... Overall I think the umps do a pretty good job, but I just want to see some consistency. Rules and interpretations of free kicks are changing far to frequently for the players to keep up.

Any one else feel as though Robbie Campbell has been "6-8 weeks away" for quite some time? These injury lists can be pretty vague when it comes to determining when a player will return. Jordie probably won't even play in the first half of the year...

Always been a fan of Jones, but with the influx of potential quality midfielders; could find himself at Casey a lot more than he'd hope for. Martin can play forward/back/ruck, albeit, without being dominant. Still, versatility is golden. Frustrating, but not a disaster. We're playing essentially our 2nd's, and Brisbane have a lot more to prove at this stage than we do. What is a worry is either: a. the players inability to follow a the game plan b. the coaching panels inability to enforce the game plan c. both a and b I'm not at the game, but would love to know where we are struggling

What's becoming more tiresome? The constant bickering about Scully and his contract, or the posts against the constant posts about Scully? That was a mouthful... For better or worse there is nothing else more interesting going on at the MFC. The whole Scully saga has the potential to be one of the biggest stories in the AFL all year. Pretty hard to turn a blind eye and not have something to say about it.

When Sam Gilbert is in the same position I doubt he's thinking about Riewoldt's privates. However I will stand to be corrected if does think that... I think trust among the playing group is what's important. If Tom's intentions are in fact to head to GWS, surely that must unsettle the trust between him and the playing group. Hopefully when they say they don't talk or really think about the situation, they mean it.
