POSTGAME: Rd 10 vs Adelaide
Spare parts Mitch Brown actually offers more as he leads, can clunk marks and kick goals from distance which Weid can’t.

ATM the bulldogs are seriously dismantling a crappy side. The problem with captain challenges is that all will likely be burned up early in the game unless an unlimited amount are given. There are far too many iffy moments at contests around the goals.

My 3 word player analysis V Adelaide

POSTGAME: Rd 10 vs Adelaide
We will never know if are the real deal until we see how we respond to a disappointing loss. If we can’t respond in the next couple of weeks we ain’t the deal.

Weid touch free last quarter. Mistake in hindsight dropping BBB.

AFL need to look into Rhys Mathieson!
He deserves brownie points for getting under Richmonds skin. He also played arguably his best game for the Lions.

NON MFC: Rd 10 2021
I like Mathieson better now for getting under Richmonds skin the way he did.

Deep in Enemy Territory
My wife always refers to Adelaide as the city of bad hair. Mullets may have a resurgence now but they never went out of fashion over there. Only positive is they have pretty pubs and good vino.

The political machinations at Collingwood
Shocking to hear, he is regarded as some sort of clap happy evangelical leader by the Collingwood faithful.

Welcome to Demonland - Coinjar
It’s like buying a slab of beer for $50 today, $80 next week and $15 the week after.

Welcome to Demonland - Coinjar
Precious metals have held their value for thousands of years, crypto has been around one decade. In countries where fiat currency has been reduced to the value of toilet paper due to wars, mismanagement and other catastrophes gold and silver are still king. We are lucky Australia hasn’t been one of them. But who knows what the future holds.

Welcome to Demonland - Coinjar
Tell that to people from war torn countries where having gold was the only ticket to escape or avoid starvation.

Welcome to Demonland - Coinjar
My computer geek around 2010 wanted me to invest $500 into a new fangled thing called Bitcoin like he was doing. They were selling for around 3 cents each then. I knocked back the offer because I was grinding out money playing poker which in the long run worked out to about $5 an hour. In hindsight Bitcoin were a good idea then but now too volatile to contemplate. Just a speculative asset.

Reward the Ball Winner or Tackler
Whilst we are doing very well I will be happy if they don’t mess with the rules for now. Might scupper our mojo.

POSTGAME: Rd 09 vs Carlton
Goody had to say that. Imagine the stink if said otherwise. In the meantime Weid has to perform better than his first outing and kick goals when he has the opportunity.

Chris Lamb being one of the few players to get under Wayne Carey’s skin helped get him brownie points.

TMac charged $3000 for kneeing Plowman
I believe it’s not incompetence but maybe too much work for one person alone to tackle. Like he has to review in detail 9 games a weekend in minute detail and make decisions before Tuesday. Serious high profile incidents are noted quickly and bought to his attention. Others like the Langdon dumping appear on social media maybe a couple days after the incident. He needs some help.

TMac charged $3000 for kneeing Plowman
Tmac only got fined because Gerard Healy made a big stink about Mummy dropping the knee’s into a prostrate Zac Merret last week on ON THE COUCH. Of course Mummy got away with it and it was far worse than what Tmac did. Shamed Christian on TV to take action.

TMac charged $3000 for kneeing Plowman
That was quite a weak knee. Barely touched him and just a knee push with little force.

TMac charged $3000 for kneeing Plowman
And Mummy got away with it last week.

I was keeping a close eye on Weid. Marked OK and worked hard but his goal kicking still is unacceptable for a key forward. Only a few opportunities but on those few he couldn’t make the distance once and missed a relatively easy shot for goal. He can’t expect to only kick goals from 30 metres out in front or a Joe the goose. Lacks the goal smarts of BBB or Tmac. Last couple of seasons he’s also missed too many pressure shots that needed to be nailed.

Damn it, I forgot Oliver with 109 games. That’s seven home grown players including 3 A graders. No more the club of callow youth, tired old warriors and journeymen.

POSTGAME: Rd 09 vs Carlton
A key factor to our improvement is of a generation of best 22 home developed players now reaching the sweet spot of experience and games played. Salem-115, Petracca-111, Harmes-107, Brayshaw-103, Neal- Bullen 89 and Hunt 83.

POSTGAME: Rd 09 vs Carlton
I get the impression opposition teams have been sacrificing their own game to try and beat us. How many times has Lever been tagged this season? They certainly respect and fear our defence.

We only concede an average of just over 27 points per second half of games.
