Against Collingwood, Jamar was able to challenge Jolly and got a fair share of first use to Jones, Moloney and Scully. Dees notch up their first win against the old enemy.
High from their first win of the season, Dees go in confident, but unfortunately this young side is unable to back it up. Jurrah is a highlight with a 4 goal bag.

Brisbane have looked fearsome so far and sit at 3-1, Fevola and Brown kicking a combined 23 goals between them already. Fevola goes down with a heel injury in first 5 minutes, and without another forward target, Frawley and Warnock ensure Brown has no impact. Melbourne run out 18 point winners. BOG goes to Sylvia with 23 possessions and 3 goals off HFF.

Trengove seems to have settled in well, and was playing consistently, unfortunatly scully suffered from a bit of close treatment first game, but was raring to go week after with a Rising Star nom vs Collingwood.
Jurrah already had 12 goals, was very hard for oppostion to match up.
Watts struggled early, but had solid games running off HFF against Adelaide and Brisbane, had 7 goals.
Petterd had rewarded his coaches faith in him after a terrible NAB cup, and was consistently getting possessions and is a standout.
