Feels good to have a win. Goes to show that when players such as Viney and McDonald play to their potential we look a much better side. Forward line looked much better, with a bit more space and good movement.

Im afraid it would take 3 or 4 wins in a row for me to get interested again , been let down far too many times. Im going to the game of course, but not feeling exited. Really looking forward to a hot pie.

Pretty uninspiring selections. My confidence in this team is the lowest it’s been for a couple of seasons.

I’ve been totally bored with Footy this year. Im sure it has some sort of correlation to the way we are performing, but I’m just not enjoying it as spectacle, and find myself turning off at quarter time and watching a movie or something. I can’t stand the modern day callers and commentators and finding it all a little contrived. Maybe im just old school, as today’s footy isn’t a shadow of what it used to be.

We won’t make finals so time to experiment with the forward line. Fritsch must be given an extended run in there and I’d like to see Jones and Viney tried as small forwards , as Viney would bring enormous tackling pressure and Jones can often find the big sticks

Out TMac, Garlett, Spargo , Wagner In Preuss, Lockhart, Dunkley, KK. Fritsch must play Forward as he can mark the ball and could be a Jayden Stephenson type if left up there to develop .

If I find out at the end of the season that TMac had been playing injured all season ,with Preuss stuck in the twos I will be ropable.

First it was Midfielders midfielders midfielders, lately it’s been Defenders, defenders, defenders. Our biggest hole? Forwards!!! FFS

I thought we were a chance to pinch it in the last , but we kicked 4 points in a row when we were only 3 goals down and I’m just wondering when the hell are we going to wake up from this bloody nightmare of butchering the ball inside 50? I disagree that we need to change the game plan as I thought we won the midfield battle, just that all our hard work often goes unrewarded. I feel sorry for guys like Maxy who absolutely busts a gut every week.

Brayshaw and Petracca should always play middle with Harmes and Oliver as they are just better in there with Trac as a bull and Gus the class. Id use Viney as the next rotation and train him as a small forward tackling machine aka Dauhaus. We need a big presence up forward and I believe a May or Preuss would go a long way to fixing this, along with the return of Melksham. TMac must be rested or sent back. Jones and Garlett are at the ends of their careers now so have to bring on the likes of Lockhart and Dunkley .

Nothing wrong with the way we move the ball through the middle, but why do we turn to jelly as soon as it goes inside 50?

Ok so now I’m thinking maybe be May up forward and TMac down back again??? We have to start trying these things right? We are not making finals , so time to experiment.

All about next season now, we have the rest of the season and the off season to fix this problem of not being able to kick scores. Gotta play guys like Dunkley, Lockhart and Preuss and try a few different things.

Won the midfield battle yet still can’t find the big sticks. Same every bloody week. Do you blame the coaches or do we simply need better forwards??

The problem is our forward line have no confidence. Just look at De Goey and Stephenson , and then look at Petracca and TMac. Petracca is full of brashness off the field but has none on it. 5 goals in three quarters? FMD

The most wasteful team in the comp

The selection of Mc Donald ahead of Preuss has cost us dearly, in many games this season. Also looking very shaky coming of half back,you can’t expect to beat the in form teams if you give them the ball on a silver platter
