  1. This is getting interesting. Seems like Misso has a lot to answer for.
  2. Exactly, they wouldn’t make him front his team mates if it was just a beat up
  3. Roos is right, Footy is clearly not his priority. Turns up unfit Drinking session while in rehab. Not the habits of a professional 700k a year athlete, who is trying to prove himself at his new club

It’s difficult to have no changes if Pruess and Viney are available . Im thinking Wagner and Lewis, which means Kielty or TMac can swing down back, but I don’t think Goody will drop Lewis.

I thought Fritsch was starting to get back to some exciting footy trying hard to impact the game. I wouldn’t drop him just yet , I reckon he is due and can play in most positions.
  6. Definitely worth another game a senior level on that brilliant ruck clearance alone even though he was at the bottom of our ranking points for pure possessions. Looks solid and a smart footballer
  7. When he gave up yet another goal after an errant pass, he went straight to the bench and I couldn’t help it it ,but I yelled “And stay off Lewis!!” I reckon he heard me because he looked straight up at me.
  8. 6.Harmes 5.Gawn 4.Salem 3.Oliver 2.Hore 1.Lockhart
  9. It was good to see a decent lead for once. Hibbo seems to be getting back to some good touch as well
  10. Lockhart seems to be an upgrade on Spargo and Jeffy has good energy today. Hunt has a good game and TMac took a couple of big marks, so forward line was much better. We looked to play with more confidence after half time, and should have been further in front. Thought we defended well too and Marty Hore is a great find.
  11. Heartstopper! I feel numb, in a good way. Lockhart for rising star
  12. Our game plan has been superseded it’s now old , and teams have gone right past us , and the Swans , who coincidentally had the same Roos type foundations. We don’t have a plan B , so this year is almost a right off until we have another preseason to work out something new and have a crack next year. Eerily similar to the Daniher years.
  13. Tall but too young, and just a skinny kid really.
  14. It looks like we are getting our hands on the ball, but fumbling it, not using it to our advantage and turning it over. If there was one thing we have to fix it is this, as it has a snowball effect which gives our connection with the forward line no hope whatsoever.
  15. For Jordy Lewis to suggest that maybe we need to change the way we play tells me that the players do not have 100% iron clad confidence in our game plan. He days we are being beaten the same way every week. On the spread. Goodwins number one ethic of win the contested ball is no good luck bless you have the run and skill to use it.
  16. Fitness also looks like a real issue. In the first half we were keeping up with them and stopping the spread. You could see our players start to tire as the Tigers got some separation and space to do their thing
  17. Why have we not recruited speed when it’s desperately obvious we need it? We recruit the same type of player big bodied slow mid, Sparrow and Jordan case in point? Wheres the excitement factor? The run?
  18. Not only is our confidence and skill level down on last year, but our energy is very flat . We we’re a brutal team last year, where is that? Somethings not right behind the scenes.
  19. Out - Weideman In - Gary the midget ( better chance of marking the ball than the 700k man)
  20. Tim Smith is a better mark than Weideman,so does that mean Weed is a Casey seconds player?
  21. How did we lose our skills overnight?
  22. Look at Richmond, they play like a team, for each other. We arent doing that. Too many trying to do things on their own.
  23. The amount of times we punched the ball when unopposed shows our complete lack of confidence
  24. I thought we might have a chance of pinching this game as our efforts were good up till half time, but we kept wasting the ball with poor disposal and no forward connection again. Richmond just opened us up and played like the well drilled machine they are. Preuss tonight may have helped , but for some reason we have lost our skill overnight.
