If Max doesn’t play , they will go with the same set up. Van Rooyen as the main ruck with Petty and Turner relieving him. Blind Freddie can see that the Roo has come of age in the last few games. you can rely on him now to give you a contest every time. After just watching the replay to me me he was amidst the most important player as he quelled the influence of their supposed ruck advantage.

How nice to have some Joy though? We have had a lot of adversity lately. Gives me so much hope that these blokes actually have something about them. They seem to love each other, and that film about Kozzie going home and images of Koz with his baby girl at all the team huddles and stuff. Love all that!

Imagine the Kolt in 2 or 3 years time after he bulks up a bit in the gym. He would be a real unit I reckon.

I’m not worried about JVR , he is a big lump of a lad that loves crashing in. I don’t think we will burn him out he loves it. Mark my words, he will be the Key superstar forward we are looking for.

Windsor , Kozzie, Rivers, McVee , Van Rooyen and Langdon have hit some serious form, and Melksham hasn’t missed a beat. Oliver improving each week. They seem to have found a new team spirit created by the brilliant kids we have in both character and endeavour . Rivers in the middle though F…..g brilliant What a find!

I’m feeling optimistic about this game. We will tag Merrett heavily and Petty will go with Draper around the ground using his defensive skills and providing an outlet marking option for us. Apart from Trac and Max being out, the others have hit good form at the right time and I reckon this the statement game of the year for us.

Has anyone been to training to see who has trained in the ruck position?

Koltyn has great energy and really needs to stay in the side, he was terrific today.

We are starting to look good again and have our energy and pressure game back. Great bunch of talented kids and forward line is taking shape and looks better just with Melkys presence. JVR is the one. Anything can happen from here , but geez I’d love to have Trac back.

Max king reminds me of weideman or schache , no mongrel. Waterman could work if we can get him.

Very good player but not consistent enough to be considered elite. Can go missing at times.

Heartbreaking loss but I feel all is not lost and the boys are really showing something . Compared to how I felt a couple weeks ago where I thought we were no good, I reckon there is still hope and we’ve shown a bit of ticker and something to build on.

There’s no way I’d drop Tholstrop , and I really hope Kynan gets a full game

Wish I knew what was wrong with Clarry, I think this is the crux of lot of our problems . I know he had a limited pre season , but I really thought he might have stepped up in Tracs absence. He seems to have no go in him anymore.

May and TMac forward Petty and Turner back include Kolt and Salem in the mid rotation to cover Trac Nothing to lose , tough times call for drastic measures.
