100%. JVR has shown he is a player, we are absolutely ruining his development.

Fumbly, sloppy, indecisive, none of them seem to know what they should be doing. It is unbelievable to think this was the team to beat a couple of years ago, they look like headless chooks out there.

Yeah maybe you're right, it just seems like we are just butchering it again and again especially going inside 50. Who the hell would want to play forward in this team.

I've watched every game so far except the Blues/Eagles. All entertaining games, we are just so boring to watch.

That's a bizarre delay, it's usually around 30 second delay. At the risk of sounding like I work in IT, have you tried turning it off and on again? Have you tried selecting "jump to live" when you go to the scrubber/timer?

What is our point of differentiation? Play at the G? So does every big Melbourne club these days. Big supporter base/crowds? Nope. Facilities? Worst in the league. Culture? Definitely not. Governance? No. Success? We had a chance to parlay the flag into creating a successful environment but couldn't due to the culture and governance issues. We need to create a point of differentiation between us and the other clubs and focus on developing it. Some we can't (MCG/large crowds) but some we can (creating a strong successful culture with good governance). Until then why would any potential recruit choose us over anither club?

JVR Sparrow Spargo Rivers Turner Petty all stagnated, haven't improved much on their natural talent shown on debut. Woewodin Howes and Laurie also but admittedly they just may not be up to it

He is a system coach. His system isn't working so he is useless as a coach. He should be developing his own skills as a coach, being agile enough to coach each game on its merits (especially with an experienced leadership group) but he has never been that kind of coach. It's been a great ride but his time is up.
