Why isn't Dank being charged with administering drugs not available for human consumption?Does he actually have a licence for anything? What does the TGA do? What about the compounding pharmacist? Does he compound drugs for anyone that asks? Can anyone take him vials of stuff bought from China and have him compound into a form that can be administered? The whole scenario is shonky and everyone in it as far as I am concerned should be cited. Charter, Alavi, Dank, Reid, Hird.... Its bloody amazing that this thing hasn't been stomped on by the federal govt.

Article 3 of the WADA Code outlines the rebuttable presumption that tests carried out by WADA accredited laboratories are accurate. What hasn't actually been brought up is the p;layers performance. They grew massively, improved massively during the period when they were said to be taking them. They had injuries consistent with HGR use (soft tissue), they embarked on a cutting edge program, they had no or little oversight of a charlatan and opposition teams were complaining to the AFL about the strength of the Ess players. They deserve to be banned for life. For stupidity. For ignorance. For taking unknown substances. Zero sympathy except for one or two junior players. Jobe Watson and Dustin Fletcher should have know better, So should Stanton, and the other 30 or so players. The team should be banned for 2 years and the players as well. They have fought, denied, obfuscated and obstructed at every step of the way, They are farked. And so they should be. FOr the 95% of clean athletes, the standing of Australian sport, the faith of the public and the eyes of the sporting world, Ess deserve the book thrown at them.

Bulltish. There will be nothing of the sort. The 1993 premiership is the only premiership won when a club was convicted of salary cap cheating. No other seasons are asterisked for salary cap cheating. What about about the 1924 flag? Any asterisk there?
