It's hard to know but I assume that if Tracc did want to negotiate part of his contract he has an arrangement with Connors (or he could appoint someone else who is accredited) on an 'as needs' basis. That wouldn't be unusual.

This all about maximising brand Petracca Connors is way too busy and has little sway/expertise in the area of sports sponsorships IMO. The fact that he doesn't have an AFL accredited manager is good for us. It means he isn't going anywhere.

We gave up a goal on the weekend with a set play where Brennon cox floated to the wing and took a kick in mark against one of our wingers then playing on quickly Thats where Petty needs to be smarter as a defender and not allow those kind of easy outlet goals. Then you clearly didnt watch him last year. No denying his talents but his second efforts and tackling are frankly deplorable and these are the cornerstones of our game style. That was what he showed on the weekend When the opp can waltz the ball out of the d50 with ease it pressures every other phase of the game. He has been lazy for quite a while now and last year he went to half time in at least 9 games where he had only 1 or 2 possessions. Disgraceful. You might say he's our most reliable fwd but that is a very narrow view. In a team sport you cant have passengers like him

Thought Freo really shut down our overlap handball. It seemed each time we handballed fwd out guy was immediately under pressure. Freo seemed to read that play very well. We need to get more separation when calling for a hb receive
